If I could buy the Lego sets of my dreams (and had the room to store them all in), Amazon’s Mid-Year Sale is so far looking like the best time to buy them all in one go, with the retailer discounting so many sets.
From big-ticket, 10,000+ piece Ultimate Collector Series sets that can cost more than AU$1,000, to affordable miniatures as cheap as AU$12, Amazon has a wide range of ages and budgets covered in this sale, and then some.
With so many options to choose from, I narrowed this collection down to licensed Lego sets from major movie and TV franchises. Aside from the usual suspects like Star Wars, Marvel, Harry Potter and Marvel, I managed to find some interesting sets from movies and shows I didn’t immediately think would have one.
One set I’ve included here is one inspired by the 1975 blockbuster movie Jaws, featuring the shark and the boat carrying three minifigures. Other sets I’ve found were from The Office, Seinfeld and Friends, but didn’t make the cut here as they’re not discounted.
In any case, I’ve put together this big collection of Lego set deals available in Amazon’s Mid-Year sale, with discounts of up to 32% and prices from as low as AU$22.
