The new Huawei GT6 watches have just launched and they're already discounted

With the release of the Huawei Watch GT6 and Watch GT6 Pro, we're pleased to let TechRadar readers know about an instant opportunity to save. The deal means you can snap up the Huawei Watch GT6 for £199.99 (was £229.99) and the Watch GT6 Pro for £299.99 (was £329.99) when you use the code 'A30OFFGT6' at the checkout.
It might not be a huge discount, but every little bit helps, and to sweeten the deal, Huawei will also throw in a free EasyFit 3 Strap. The gift is only available while stocks last, though, so I wouldn't hang around if you're interested.
It's too early to tell, but if the Watch 5 series from Huawei is anything to go by, then we could well see them popping up in our guide to the best smartwatches.
Huawei Watch GT6 launch deals
Sub-£200 is a fantastic price for a rugged outdoor watch that delivers accurate GPS, heart rate tracking, and a 21-day battery life. The inclusion of a free strap further cements it as a fantastic first-time deal. Just remember to use the code 'A30OFFGT6' at the checkout to get the discount.
If you're in search of premium features such as ECG analysis and sapphire glass titanium alloy, then you'll need the Pro version of the new Huawei Watch GT6. Thankfully, a £30 discount when you use the code 'A30OFFGT6' brings it under £300, representing a fantastic price for a flagship smartwatch. The free strap is also available with every purchase of the GT6 Pro.
We've not yet had the opportunity to get hands-on with either the GT6 or the GT6 Pro, but our first impressions are promising. We also loved the previous generation models, as you can read about in our Huawei Watch GT5 and Huawei Watch GT5 Pro reviews.
From the manufacturer's website, it looks like Huawei has put specific focus on delivering tracking for cyclists all the way up to pro-level. There's a Virtual Cycling Power feature mentioned, but no details as of yet.
As with any smartwatch in this price range, you'll get excellent battery life, accurate GPS and heart rate tracking, and health and wellness reporting. Both watches are also compatible with Android and iOS.
