Matter-compatible and packed with helpful features, this smart plug is compatible with Alexa, Apple Home, Google Home, SmartThings, Home Assistant, but you'll need a hub that supports Thread, too. However, it's important to note; energy management doesn't work with Alexa-based connectivity.

We rate the Eve Energy Smart Plug as one of the best smart plugs available, and doubly so for its excellent energy management chops, though it's a shame that doesn't work with Amazon devices; so skip the best Amazon Echo deals if that's your aim with this plug.
