Been thinking about picking up an iPhone 17e, but don't know what carrier to go for? One of the best deals on Apple's latest mid-range smartphone has gone live at the prepaid carrier Visible Wireless this past week.
It's a $600 rebate for new customers who pick up the device alongside a new line on the Visible Pro Plus plan - a rebate that's conveniently enough to cover the entire cost of the device.
The rebate comes in the form of a $25/mo discount on your plan over the duration of 24 months. It's a deal that's quite similar to those at major carriers, but you get excellent bang for your buck with Visible - and you don't need to trade in an old device to be eligible.
The Visible Pro Plus plan is currently the highest-end tier available at the carrier and usually comes in at $45/mo. That's quite pricey for a prepaid plan, but you do get completely unlimited 5G data on the speedy Verizon Wideband network, 4K video streaming, and unlimited mobile hotspot data. It's a very well-featured plan indeed, and one that's the perfect pairing with the new iPhone 17e.

Apple iPhone 17e: get $600 back with a new line at Visible Wireless
Visible Wireless is easily one of the best prepaid carriers on the market right now, and doubly so because you can get a free iPhone 17e with a new line this week. This one does require a line on the higher-end Visible+ Pro plan and an upfront investment, but you'll get a rebate that's big enough to cover the entire cost of the device here.
What's new with the iPhone 17e?
- Same A19 chipset as the iPhone 17
- Magsafe support
- Upgraded wireless charging
- Now starts with 256GB of storage
As an overview, the iPhone 17e starts at $599 / £599, which is the same price as the previous iPhone 16e. On the surface, this new device looks like a rather iterative generation, but there are quite a few meaningful upgrades that make it an even better value device than the previous model.
For one, the iPhone 17e now runs on the new A19 chip, which is the same processor as the standard iPhone 17 series. That should give you a nice bump in performance overall in everything from games to everyday use.
Beyond the chipset, Apple has made a few practical improvements. The iPhone 17e's base storage has been bumped up to 256GB with no price increase. Wireless charging has also been improved with Magsafe support, and you get a few next-generation portrait features with enhanced Focus and Depth Control. In addition, there are also a few new colors to consider, such as the eye-catching 'soft pink'.
