The best Prime Day TVs deals end today – I'm a TV expert, and I've chosen only the best offers remaining

Hand-picked TV deals, with prices from $99 / £119 ranging up to elite OLED TV deals

Prime Day TV deals 2025

It's day two of Amazon's October Prime Day deals, and that means many of these Prime Day TV deals will end at midnight tonight – that's midnight PST in the US, and BST in the UK. But you've still got a chance to pick up a TV bargain until then!

See all of today's deals at Amazon

Everything from super-affordable Roku TVs, to big-screen bargains from TCL and Hisense, up to elite OLED TVs from LG and Samsung are included – and it's not just at Amazon, because Best Buy has also launched its own huge Techtober sale in the US.

I've been covering TV sales events for seven years, and I lead the TV reviewing team here at TechRadar, so I've got tons of experience with what will make for a really good-value TV deal – both in terms of being a genuinely good discount and a TV you're going to be happy with,

The options I've picked on this page are all models that I would buy myself, while covering a large range of sizes and prices. I'm also live-blogging other interesting deals further down the page, and I'll drop in some general TV buying advice, and and notes from our TV reviewing team.

Naturally, I'll update this article as Prime Day continues, removing any deals that sell out, and updating my suggestions for the most tempting TV deals live today.

Roku Select Series 32-inch TV
Roku Select Series 32-inch TV: was $179.99 now $139.99 at Best Buy

We've been impressed with Roku's own-brand TVs since it started making them, and this is a really good price for a small set with probably the easiest-to-use smart TV software.

Roku Plus Series 65-inch 4K TV
Roku Plus Series 65-inch 4K TV: was $649.99 now $499.99 at Amazon

This is the best budget 65-inch TV I've seen in the sale, and because it's a Roku TV, it's easy to use as well. In our Roku Plus Series review, we praised this TV's "very good overall picture quality" and "great smart TV interface" – and while it's a little weak for gaming, that won't bother everyone. The 75-inch version for $649 is also an excellent deal, if you want to go bigger.

Roku Pro Series 65-inch TV
Roku Pro Series 65-inch TV: was $1,199.99 now $599.99 at Amazon

This might be the Prime Day deal of the day! We already rated this as arguably the best mid-range TV you could buy, and at half price it's basically unbeatable. In our Roku Pro Series review, we said that its image quality is "very good", its sound is nearly as good as it gets, and that its shadowbox design makes it more wall-mount friendly than most other TVs – and definitely than most TVs of this price. Do you want a TV that looks great, is really easy to use, is great for next-gen gaming, and has premium design elements? This half price deal is fantastic. Check out the 55-inch version for $499 and the 75-inch version for $799 if you want other sizes.

Samsung S84F OLED TV 65-inch
Samsung S84F OLED TV 65-inch: was $1,999.99 now $999.99 at Best Buy

Yes, this is a 2025 65-inch TV for under $1,000. This is basically the same TV as the Samsung S85F, which we liked very much in our review, but it just lacks a few features – the most notable being Filmmaker Mode. We'd actually recommend mostly watching in Movie Mode anyway, so that's not so bad, and the overall picture quality and features list for this price is unbelievable.

Sony Bravia 8 4K OLED TV (2024)
Sony Bravia 8 4K OLED TV (2024): was $1,898 now $1,498 at Amazon

This deal knocks $400 off the 65-inch Sony Bravia 8 OLED TV, taking it back to its record-low price. The Bravia 8 is a great TV, with a contrast-rich, colorful picture, good gaming features (especially for PS5) and even better built-in sound than its OLED rivals. This is a great deal for a TV of this calibre in a 65-inch size.

TCL 65PF650K 65-inch 4K TV: was £499 now £399 at Amazon

This is a lot of TV for under £400, especially for something with such a good list of specs. You've got Fire TV for comprehensive streaming support, plus Dolby Vision HDR as well Dolby Atmos and DTS:X sound. Obviously, you can't expect super-premium image quality for the price, but if you want a big, cheap TV with a bright and rich picture, this'll work nicely.

TCL 55C6KS-UK
TCL 55C6KS-UK: was £549 now £429 at very.co.uk

This TV is incredible bang for your buck – it uses mini-LED tech at an incredibly low price, offers both HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, and has Dolby Atmos support, with an Onkyo-tuned sound system to help with that. We haven't reviewed this, but our colleagues at What Hi-Fi gave it 5 out of 5 stars based on its sheer bang for your buck. Check out the 65-inch model for just £579 too!

It's very bright, its local dimming is good for impressive contrast, and it's crammed with features including 4K 120Hz gaming support. This is the best balance of price and picture quality I've seen for this price at 65 inches, though the price has risen by £16 since yesterday.

We have this model a very high score in our LG B5 review, thanks to its gorgeous contrast, engrossing colors, and premium-level specification. The smallest model is now the lowest price it's ever been, and makes a very cinematic TV for small rooms, or an elite gaming TV for an office or bedroom.

Philips OLED760 55-inch OLED TV
Philips OLED760 55-inch OLED TV: was £1,199 now £937 at Amazon

This is the cheapest price I've seen so far this year for a 55-inch OLED TV from a premium manufacturer – and it's fallen another £12 since yesterday. I've seen the Philips OLED760 in action, and it has the perfect contrast you expect from OLED, rich colors, and comprehensive next-gen gaming features. Best of all, it has Philips' Ambilight tech, which spreads light matching the image on-screen onto the walls, making the picture feel bigger. I use Ambilight at home, and I genuinely love it.

Hisense U7QTUK 75-inch mini-LED TV
Hisense U7QTUK 75-inch mini-LED TV: was £1,899 now £987 at Amazon

This is another great mid-range mini-LED TV, and is the best 75-inch TV I've seen for under £1000 among the deals today. Expect great cinematic contrast, bold colors and brightness, and excellent gaming support. Its picture quality will hold up to being in such a large screen, so if you want to go huge, this is the best-value way. I also think the 55-inch version of this for £582 is good value – and both sizes have dropped in price by £12 since yesterday.

Stunning OLED picture quality with pixel-precise contrast, impressive brightness levels for a mid-range OLED, excellent motion and detail handling, unbeatable gaming features, and a great smart TV system – we gave this 5 out of 5 in our LG C5 review.

Half price Samsung OLED TV

Samsung S84F TV with a sign saying Price Cut

Let's start with the deal that's caught my eye the strongest: the Samsung S84F 65-inch OLED TV for just $999 at Best Buy. That's a lot of OLED TV for the price, and it's an especially impressive price for a 2025 model.

According to a Best Buy rep online, the S84F is nearly identical to the Samsung S85F that we reviewed recently, and rated extremely high, earning 4.5 out of 5 stars. Apparently, the S84F misses some lifestyle connectivity features that I don't think most people will care about, but it also lacks Filmmaker Mode, which will be notable for cinephiles.

If you don't know what Filmmaker Mode is, though, then it's probably not something you need to worry about – the Movie mode in Samsung's OLED TVs is excellent, and would be our go-to.

…And today's best UK OLED TV deal

The Philips OLED760 TV on a white background

This my pick of the bargain OLED offers in the UK so far. The Philips OLED760 is a budget OLED model that's seriously great value at £949 – that's quite a bit cheaper than LG's equivalent, the LG B5.

Philips' always delivers beautiful colors and excellent detail in its OLED TVs, and this set includes Ambilight tech, which paints light matching the action on-screen onto the walls, making this 55-inch set feel like a bigger and more expensive set. I have an Ambilight OLED TV at home, and I can't recommend it enough.

Time for a Fire TV Stick 4K?

Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K

If you've been thinking about getting an Amazon Fire TV Stick, now is a great time. The 4K model is down to a record low price in the UK, and is half price in the US. The cheaper Amazon Fire TV Stick HD model is also on-sale, if you don't need the 4K power of that model.

Adding a Fire TV Stick to an older TV is a great way to give it a new lease on life – older TVs may no longer get updates for certain streamers, or they might start to slow down a lot in use. A Fire TV stick is a good way to solve that.

US deal: Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K: was $49.99 now £24.99 at Amazon
UK deal: Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K: was £59.99 now £25.99 at Amazon

Huge screen, small price

Dreaming of a giant screen upgrade for an impossibly low price? For once, your dreams have come true: Best Buy has an 85-inch TV that costs just $550.

It's from budget TV stalwart Insignia, and while it's (understandably) light on premium features for this price, you're getting a 4K HDR set with Amazon Fire TV on board for streaming skills, which means you'll be able to watch anything you want, on the big screen.

Home theater fans can't miss these 4K Blu-ray deals!

If you want to make the most of your TV, you need the best-quality source, and that's 4K Blu-rays. Not only do they offer the richest image quality and most impactful sound, they come with the commentaries and special features that you tend to miss out on in the streaming world.

My colleague and resident 4K Blu-ray fanatic James Davidson has picked the five discs he's go for from the sale, but there's a great range of stuff on there, so I'd encourage you to browse it all if you're a movie fan!

A simple sound upgrade

Amazon Fire TV Soundbar Plus in living room with subwoofer

If you're looking for an easy, compact and powerful audio upgrade for your TV, then the Amazon Fire TV Soundbar Plus is a great option – and it's currently down to $149 in the US, and £169 in the UK.

It's a 3.1-channel soundbar on its own, with support for decoding Dolby Atmos and DTS:X soundtracks. You can expand it from there, though – you can add a compact subwoofer and/or rear speakers. When we tested it, we found it super-easy to set up, and capable of really improving the sound of any mid-range or budget TV.

US deal: Amazon Fire TV Soundbar Plus: was $249 now $149 at Amazon
UK deal: Amazon Fire TV Soundbar Plus: was £249 now £169 at Amazon

The $99 bargain

Looking for a small secondary TV, with all the streaming options, but you don't need it to have elite picture quality? There's a 40-inch TV with your name on it for just $99 at Amazon.

It's from Insignia, and it comes with Amazon's Fire TV software on board, which means basically every streaming service you can think of is supported.

You won't get 4K resolution, but that's probably fine at 40 inches – this is just a nice cheap streaming screen, and it'll do that nicely.

The 5-star LG C5 hits its lowest price so far

LG C5 OLED TV Prime Day deal 2025

In our LG C5 review, we have this OLED TV the full five stars – and right now, we basically think it's the real sweet spot in terms of premium image quality, every feature you could possibly want, and a reasonable price.

That's only become more the case in the Prime Day deals, where the 65-inch LG C5 has dropped under $1500, which is a really good price for a TV that looks this good, at that size.

LG C5 65-inch OLED TV: was $2,969 now $1,496 at Amazon

A big, beefy Dolby Atmos audio upgrade

Samsung HW-Q990D price cut deal image

Samsung's HW-Q990D is one of the very best Dolby Atmos soundbars you can buy, and right now you can buy it for just $999 at Best Buy – a $1,000 saving compared to full price. It has often fallen to around $1,499 over the last 18 months, but lower than that has been rare.

And you get a lot of audio for your money: it's an 11.1.4-channel system with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, digital assistant integration and Samsung's Q-Symphony sound.

At full price it deserved the full five stars; at this price you can add a sixth star to the rating. It's that good. We've reviewed its replacement, the Samsung HW-Q990F now, and while the newer model offers more nuanced bass and other small improvements, for this price, I'd take the older model and be very happy with my choices.

Samsung’s best mini-LED TV returns to a record-low price

samsung qn90f on magenta background

The 65-inch Samsung QN90F is back to its record-low price at Amazon. We awarded the QN90F five out of five stars in our review, citing its excellent overall picture quality, comprehensive gaming features, and useful smart TV interface.

Samsung is likely to launch its own sale on the QN90F in the coming days, but with the 65-inch version already dropping back to a record-low, there’s no reason to wait on this deal, which is a 36% discount on the regular list price.

Roku’s 65-inch 4K mini-LED is on sale for $499

Roku plus series TV on purple background

Roku models rank among our favorite TVs thanks to their uncluttered smart interface, impressive performance, and high value. With this early Prime Day deal at Amazon on the Roku Plus Series, the value aspect of Roku’s Plus series TVs has shot through the roof.

A 65-inch 4K TV for just $499 would be a great deal on any day, but in this case, you’re getting a 4K Roku TV with mini-LED backlighting and Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support. It also features Roku’s Enhanced Voice Remote, which can be used for hands-free voice control of the TV, and has a remote finder feature that lets you locate it by pushing a button on the TV itself.

Hisense U8QG on yellow background

Amazon’s price for the 65-inch Hisense U8QG has dropped to $999.99, a level we haven’t seen since Amazon’s last Prime Day back in July. That’s a 33% discount and a solid deal for a super-bright mini-LED TV that we awarded 4.5 stars to in our Hisense U8QG review.

U8QG series TVs have up to 5,600 local dimming zones, which let them deliver images with pristine blacks and powerful contrast. They also support Dolby Vision and HDR10+ high dynamic range, and have a 165Hz refresh rate for gaming. Just $999 for this fantastic TV isn’t just a deal – it’s a steal.

TCL’s excellent QM8K series TV is 45% off for Prime Day

TCL QM8K on blue background

Amazon has the 65-inch TCL QM8K selling at a 45% discount ahead of Prime Day, bringing its price down to just under $1,000. That’s yet another great early Prime Day TV deal on one of the best TVs TechRadar has tested in 2025, and one I would not hesitate to jump on because it’s the same record-low price we saw during the first Prime Day back in July.

With the QM8K, you’re getting a TV with high brightness and TCL's Halo Control System for deep, uniform blacks. Its anti-reflection screen and ultra wide angle feature also make it perfect for watching sports. Hey, it is football season, and TCL TVs are the official TVs of the NFL after all.

LG G5 OLED: How low will it go on Prime Day?

LG G5 OLED TV showing image of trees lining road

The LG G5 was one of the best OLED TVs we tested in 2025. Its bright, highly detailed picture and rich color made it a real treat to live with for the month or so we had it in-house, and it looked great with all manner of programs, from movies to sports to regular network TV shows and news.

Right now, the 65-inch version of the LG G5 is selling for $2,476.99 at Amazon, a 27% discount off its regular $3,399.99 price. That’s the lowest price we’ve seen for it, though it could potentially drop further in the Prime Day sales as Samsung, Sony, and Panasonic battle it out for Prime Day OLED primacy. Samsung’s S95F, the G5’s chief competitor, is currently selling for around $2,600, so right now the G5 looks to be the better deal by a nose.

Prime Day is officially live! I've updated this page with more and better deals in the UK, where Prime Day started a while ago, and I'm looking through Amazon US' deals right now to add to the page imminently. Watch this space!

I've combed through the Amazon sales in both the US and the UK now, and I've updated this page with the deals I think are the most worthwhile, and I've updated my top recommendations too. I've removed a few deals that I think have been eclipsed by better ones, and checked the prices of any still-running deals from before today.

LG's unusual moveable TV gets a big price cut

LG StanbyME stood in a kitchen

This isn't one that made my list above, but LG's StanbyMe TV has had a 31% price cut at Amazon. This 27-inch TV has a touchscreen and a big stand on wheels, so you can move it around the house easily.

That means you can pull it into the kitchen as a YouTube recipe helper, or move it into the bedroom on a sick day, or have a second screen in the living if you want to watch two sports events at once, even.

Now, for $896.99 at Amazon (down from $1,299), it's still not going to be for everyone. It's far from a premium picture (it's basically a computer monitor), and it's not geared up for next-gen gaming or anything. But it fills a niche, and if you think an small, easily movable smart TV is exactly what you need, then there's a nice deal on.

LG StanbyMe TV: was $1,299 now $869 at Amazon

The best affordable 85-inch deal in the UK

I haven't included this in my picks above, because 85-inch TVs are pretty niche in the UK overall – but like everywhere else, they're getting more popular. If you're looking to jump on the giant-screen bandwagon, then there's one deal that jumped out at me today.

You can get the TCL T6C 85-inch TV for £797.10 at Amazon UK today, down from £1,099 – and that's a lot of TV for the price. It's a QLED TV, but isn't mini-LED – that means you won't get the best in cinematic contrast (which is fair, for that price), but you will get rich colors that really jump from the big screen, especially with Dolby Vision support.

Amazon Fire TV provides the smart TV tech, which means every streaming service you could need is available. You'll just have to decide what's worth giving the huge-screen experience to first…

TCL 85-inch T6C QLED TV: was £1,099 now £797 at Amazon

A great-value TV and soundbar bundle

Amazon UK has a really tempting bundle deal right now: you a get one of its high-quality 55-inch Amazon Fire TV Omni QLED TVs with one of its Fire TV Soundbar Plus soundbars, for a combined price of £559.99 (down from £999.98).

We gave the Amazon Fire TV Omni QLED 4 stars in our review, and we still think it's an impressive budget TV, and is one of the best combinations of features, picture quality and price. We were also impressed at what a simple, easy and powerful sound upgrade the Fire TV Soundbar Plus is in our review.

Amazon Fire TV Omni QLED + Fire TV Soundbar Plus bundle: was £999 now £559 at Amazon

Hisense's mid-range marvel

I highlighted above that the 75-inch Hisense U7QTUK is a very impressive price, especially for something that large. I chose the 75-inch model in particular because that deal is the best balance of features, quality and price at the size – but it's also a really good price at 55 inches.

You can get the 55-inch Hisense U7QTUK for £594.10 right now, and if you're looking for a TV with premium picture quality and features, but that's kind on the wallet, I'd happily recommend it.

It's a mini-LED TV, meaning that it's got impressive contrast, and is capable of deep dark tones next to bright areas with a minimum of light leakage. Colors are impressive, detail is solid – and it's got 4K 144Hz support for high-end gaming.

Hisense 55-inch U7QTUK mini-LED TV: was £1,299 now £594 at Amazon UK

PS5 gamers – take note of this Sony deal

Sony Bravia 3 with a sign saying Price Cut

I haven't highlighted this Sony Bravia 3 deal as one of my favorites of the day, because I think you get better value overall from the other options I've recommended – but I still wanted to highlight it for casual-gaming PS5 owners in particular.

You can get the Sony Bravia 3 for $698 (down from $799) at Amazon, and while this isn't the cheapest it's been (it's fallen to $648 in the past), it's not bad value for a TV with solid accuracy and true-to-life colors.

But in particular, this supports Sony's unique 'Perfect for PS5' features, including custom HDR that adjusts HDR based on the capabilities of the particular TV, and auto-switching game modes optimized for different genres.

However, this TV lacks 4K 120Hz support, so I'd personally probably still go for the TCL QM7K or Hisense U7Q personally – you can get that Hisense for $798 at 65 inches at Amazon, and it's a better TV in most way. But still, I wanted to highlight it because Sony's TVs have a lot of fans, and this one does offer unique features

OLED vs mini-LED: what's the difference?

Mini-LED TV

If you're looking at the more premium end of the TV market, you'll notice that your main choices are between mini-LED TVs or OLED TVs. So what are the differences in practice?

Both technologies are designed to offer improved contrast, meaning deeper black tones and rich, colorful highlights. But they do it in different ways.

Mini-LED works just like all LCD screens do: a backlight in a uniform color shines though a grid of color-filtering pixels, which create the final image you see on the TV. A quantum dot layer is added in too, to help create more accurate and rich colors.

In OLED TVs, each pixel actually generates its own light, meaning that there's no traditional backlight (though color filtering is generally still used). This means that each pixel can be individually dimmed all the way to black, enabling perfect contrast.

Mini-LED TVs can't dim to black on a per-pixel basis, because each tiny LED's light hits several pixels. This can cause an effect called 'blooming' where light from bright areas leaks into black areas, making them look gray on the edges. Mini-LED TVs use a technique called 'local dimming' to help combat this, where they dim the backlight in areas where this is a risk.

So OLED TVs have the edge when it comes to precise contrast, but mini-LED TVs can go much brighter, and this is especially useful in fullscreen viewing during the day, such as sports, because it helps to overcome reflections in the room, and adds more punch overall.

Mini-LED can also be much cheaper to product than OLED, especially at larger sizes, meaning that you can get giant mini-LED TVs that only cost the same is mid-sized high-end OLED TVs.

There's no right answer as to which is better – it will come down to your budget and your priorities.

How big a TV should you buy?

LG B5 in Dolby Vision picture mode and Samsung S85F in HDR10 picture mode displaying orange butterfly

This is a super-common question – you can get TVs from 24 inches up to 115 inches now, so it's understandable if people aren't sure what's appropriate for their space!

Let's start with something foundational: you should get the size of TV that you want. If you don't like big-screens and you're only comfortable with something small, even though your room is large, then that's what you should get. If you want a home theater experience even though your room is small, and you're sure your eyesight is up to it, then get something really big. You are in control of your destiny.

However, there is some general guidance that's commonly used, and it's that the distance you sit from the screen should probably be somewhere between 1.5 and 2.5 times the listed size of the screen.

So if a TV is 65 inches, then sitting about 8 feet from the screen (1.5x its size) is good for a cinematic, vision-filling approach. Or sitting 13 feet away (2.5x) is good for a more casual approach where the TV isn't dominating what you're looking at. Or you can go anywhere in between, if you want to find a balance.

The LG C5 hits a new record-low price

One of the most popular TVs of any sales event is always LG's C series of OLEDs – and I can't imagine Prime Day will be any different given that the 5-star LG C5 just hit a new record-low price.

The 65-inch version has fallen to just $1,372.99 at Amazon, which is over $100 cheaper than yesterday (which was as cheap I'd seen it until that point). That's excellent value for such a feature-rich, fantastic-looking TV – you'll need to pay quite a lot more to beat it on quality, and it's only a little more expensive than budget OLED TVs, but delivers much stronger pictures.

There's also a great deal for the 48-inch LG C5 version at $899, which is the best smaller premium TV, especially for gamers, since it has every gaming feature you could ask for, accessible on all four HDMI ports.

LG 65-inch C5 OLED TV: was $2,969 now $1,372 at Amazon US

A 100-inch TV instead of a projector? It's actually affordable

TCL C8K 98-inch with butterfly on screen

Huge 98-inch and bigger TVs (which are known in the industry as VLS – Very Large Screens) are becoming way more popular than you might expect, as people who might've once considered getting a projector are now sometimes choosing them because they're so much easier to see in daylight than projectors – and because TVs of these sizes are now affordable for normal folks.

Case in point: the TCL 98-inch QM7K, which is currently available for just $1,999 at Best Buy. This TV is really impressive for its price at all sizes, delivery excellent contrast and detail, and a strong list of features. But as a 98-inch TV at this size, it's kind of incredible.

If you're looking for a true home theater-size screen at home with all the advantages of a TV, for a price that's closer to what you pay for 65-inch sets from the most elite OLED TVs, this is a great price.

The best all-in-one soundbar under $500

Sonos Arc Lowest Price 2024 deal image

Looking for a powerful TV sound upgrade that doesn't require a ton of extra boxes? The Sonos Arc soundbar is currently just $499 at Best Buy, and it's a great all-in-one audio system.

The Sonos Arc was essentially replaced by the Sonos Arc Ultra late last year, but there's still some stock of the older model around, and it tends to hit seriously low prices every so often – like now.

Considering how good the Arc still sounds, $500 is an excellent deal, especially if what you want is an all-in-one soundbar that has good bass without requiring a separate subwoofer. It delivers Dolby Atmos in 5.1.2 channels, and you can expand it in the future by adding rear speakers or a sub, of course.

I don't think you can get anything that sounds better in an all-in-one soundbar design for this price.

How about a smaller, cheaper soundbar upgrade?

The Sonos Arc deal I just mentioned is great if you want something beefy-yet-compact, but if you need something compact-yet-compact – and cheaper – then Sony's got the deal for you.

The Sony S100F soundbar is now $98 at Amazon, and it's designed to just deliver broader, clearer stereo sound than a cheap TV can manage. No fancy Dolby Atmos height effects or virtual surround – just bigger speakers directed towards you.

If you've got a cheaper or older TV where you struggle to hear the dialogue sometimes, it could be exactly what you need – a nice, inexpensive upgrade.

An elite Panasonic OLED TV for less

Looking to spend big on your next TV? Then I'd recommend Panasonic's flagship OLED TV for 2025, the Z95B. It delivers staggering picture quality, with vibrant color and gorgeous contrast and has seriously powerful built-in sound.

In the US, the 55-inch model is available for $1,999.99 at Amazon US, which is a record-low price. And in the UK, the 65-inch model is available for £2,299 at John Lewis, another record-low price.

When we put four of 2025's top OLED TVs side-by-side using our normal testing conditions, the Z95B came out on top thanks to its accuracy and consistent performance. This is the best way to get a serious saving on this brilliant TV.

Could this be the TV deal of the day? The Roku Pro is one of our favorite mid-range TVs and we argued one of the best you could buy, but at half price? It's essential to check out if you're looking for a new TV.

You can get the 65-inch Roku Pro for $599.99 (was $1,199.99) at Amazon: a staggering 50% off. Amazingly, it's been cheaper before, hitting $499.99 but its excellent value with any discount. In the case of the Sony HT-S2000, the price is reduced by a whopping 40%, bringing the cost of our best budget soundbar recommendation down to $298 in the US and £289.99 in the UK.

The HT-S2000 is a 3.1-channel soundbar with virtual Dolby Atmos and DTS:X processing. It has an HDMI eARC port and Bluetooth wireless streaming for music and can be expanded upon with Sony’s optional wireless surround speakers and subwoofer.

This isn’t the first time the HT-S2000 is getting a discount – 40% off is typical for sales events like Prime Day and Black Friday. But if you’re in the market for an excellent budget soundbar, this is your chance to grab a great deal.

It should come as no surprise that Amazon products get big discounts on Prime Day, but the company’s deal on the Fire TV Soundbar Plus is particularly good. Amazon’s top soundbar is selling for just $149.99, a $100 discount and a record-low price.

Like the Sony HT-S2000, or top budget soundbar pick, the Fire TV Soundbar Plus is a 3.1-channel model with virtual Dolby Atmos and DTS:X processing. It also has HDMI eARC and Bluetooth wireless connectivity, and can be expanded upon with Amazon’s optional wireless surround sound speakers and subwoofer.

Amazon is selling the Sonos Beam Gen 2 for $369, a 26% discount on its regular $499 price. That’s the same sale price Amazon had the Beam Gen 2 at last Black Friday, and it’s a rare deal on one of the best Sonos soundbars.

The Sonos Beam Gen 2 is a compact soundbar that’s available in black or white. It features an HDMI eARC port and virtual Dolby Atmos processing, and delivers surprisingly good sound for the price. One of the best things about the Beam Gen 2 is that it uses Wi-Fi for music streaming, and you can control it with the Sonos app, which also lets you link the soundbar up with other Sonos speakers in a multiroom music system.

It’s time to check out some interesting projector deals in Amazon’s Prime Day sale.

The Valerion VisionMaster Pro2 is a triple-laser projector with serious specs: 3,000 ISO lumens brightness, 110% BT.2020 color space coverage, 3D support, Dolby Vision and HDR10+ HDR, Filmmaker Mode, and IMAX Enhanced certification. That’s a lot going on for a projector!

We recently reviewed the Valerion VisionMaster Pro2, and found this projector to be a good value at its $2,999 list price. Now that it has dropped to $2,399 in Amazon’s Prime Day sale, it’s an even better value and a deal worth looking into.

Score the five-star 65-inch Samsung QN90F for a record-low price

Samsung QN90F showing colorful artwork

Samsung QN90F series mini-LED TVs come in a wide array of screen sizes, from 43 inches up to 98 inches. Not every size is getting a good Prime Day deal, but the 65-inch QN90F certainly is.

Amazon has the 65-inch QN90F listed at $1,397 for Prime Day, a 36% discount on its regular $2,197 price. That’s a great deal for a TV that scored five out of five stars in our Samsung QN90F review and is one of the best TVs we’ve tested in 2025.

The QN90F’s combination of high brightness, a Glare Free screen, and solid motion handling makes it a great TV for watching daytime sports. It’s also well featured for gaming, with four HDMI 2.1 ports with 4K 165Hz support and Samsung’s Gaming Hub for cloud-based gaming.

This Prime Day deal is a record-low price for the 65-inch QN90F, so don’t miss out.

Save big on the super-bright TCL QM7K mini-LED TV

Mid-range mini-LED TVs usually have middling brightness levels, which is why we were surprised when we tested the new TCL QM7K. This affordable mini-LED TV maxed out at 2,350 nits peak brightness in our tests, which is a brightness level we typically expect to see from the best mini-LED TVs.

The 55-inch TCL QM7K is now selling for $569.99 at Amazon, a 37% discount. That’s an incredible deal for a TV with seriously good overall picture quality and impressive Audio by Bang & Olufsen built-in speakers.

The QM7K also has solid gaming features, including two HDMI 2.1 ports with 4K 144Hz support. Check out our TCL QM7K review for all the details, but know that this is one great Amazon Prime Day TV deal.

The Nebula X1 projector has hit a record-low price

Some projectors want to stay put. Other projectors want to go wandering when you want to. The Nebula X1 is a good example of the latter, although it’s also happy to stay put in your home theater and deliver high quality visuals via its 3,500-lumen, triple laser light engine and 14-element all-glass lens, both of which are unique features for a portable projector.

Amazon’s Prime Day sale brings the price of the Nebula X1 down to $2,399 – a record-low. You’ll also get a free gimbal stand with your purchase, a valuable extra that makes this Prime Big Deal that much more compelling.

Dawn of the second day

Day 2 of Prime Day is here! I've checked through the deals and updated this page with any price changes or other useful information – we've seen some TVs fall further in price by a small amount, and some rise by a small amount, which is often the case.

Don't forget that many of these deals will end at midnight tonight! Not necessarily all of them, but I also can't predict exactly which ones, so if you like the look of one, don't miss out.

Powerful sound for less

Here's a good soundbar option for UK readers who want something with a lot of punch for not a lot of pounds. The Samsung HW-Q600F is a 3.2.1-channel Dolby Atmos soundbar with a dedicated subwoofer, and it's down from £599 to £349 at Amazon right now.

We highly rate Samsung's soundbars, which always provide excellent bang for your buck – they're capable of huge and impactful sound for blockbusters, but tons of clarity and detail in dialogue.

Samsung HW-Q600F Dolby Atmos soundbar: was £599 now £349 at Amazon

It's a Frame-up

Samsung's The Frame QLED TVs remain ever-popular, and it's easy to see why – their physical design makes them a far better fit in some living rooms, and their external connections box – with a single cable running to the screen that carries images and power – keeps your room looking super-tidy.

They are, however, pretty pricey – so any deal on them is always welcome. This 55-inch model is particularly good value.

Philips' bargain OLED TV falls further

One of the deals I highlighted yesterday for UK buyers was the Philips OLED760 – a budget OLED that's beating the pack by coming in under £1,000 at 55 inches, despite still packing all the advanced features you could want – including Philips' Ambilight tech, which spreads light onto the walls that matches the action on-screen, making the TV even more immersive.

The price has fallen further today – only by £12, but it all helps, and makes it even more tempting.

Small but mighty

LG 32LQ6300 with lake on screen

When it comes to small TVs in the UK, I've recommended a couple of 32-inch options – one that's great if you want to spend as little as possible but still have a good-quality functional TV, and one that's worth a little more thanks to richer picture quality.

The TCL RS550K is a pretty barebones TV, but it has HDR support for richer colors and improved contrast, and more importantly it has Roku TV as its operating system, so its really easy to use, and has access to all the streaming services you could need.

I've also picked the LG LQ63806LC because ever since we first tested LG's LQ6300 range of TVs, we've rated them as the best 32-inch option. You're not getting ultra-premium pictures to anything, but they're a step above the competition when it comes to even, accurate picture quality, with a little more depth and nuance. And LG's webOS software is also one of the better options, especially on budget TVs.

Sony Bravia 8 II – it's cheaper, but is it cheap enough?

Sony Bravia 8 II showing image of landscape

The Sony Bravia 8 II is one of the TVs that's been talked about most this year – a new flagship TV from Sony, and one that's been raved about by those who want a TV that can get closest to reference-quality picture accuracy.

And it's hit its lowest-ever price on Prime Day, so why aren't I recommending it? Well, it's still very expensive, and its picture isn't so much better than its rivals to be worth the price increase, in my opinion.

Its picture is beautifully refined, there's no question there, but it lacks brightness, and this makes it a little less flexible than rivals if you want to watch in bright rooms. I think most people would be very happy with the LG C5 for $1387 at 65 inches – I don't think paying twice that for the Sony will get you twice as much TV, put simply.

However, for the connoisseurs who only want the most prestigious picture, know that it's at its lowest price today.

Sony 65-inch Bravia 8 II OLED TV: was $3,499 now $2,798 at Amazon

An even cheaper 100-inch TV?

I've highlighted the 98-inch TCL QM7K on this page, which is an astounding amount of high-quality TV for its $1,999 price. But it's not the cheapest good 100-inch TV available today: you can get the Hisense U65QF TV at a slightly-larger 100 inches for $1,897 at Amazon (down from $2,599)

Why haven't I highlighted this one instead then? The U6 range is Hisense's lowest-price mini-LED option, whereas the TCL QM7 range is its mid-range mini-LED option, so the TCL will almost certainly be the better-quality TV overall, and 100 inches (or thereabouts), you want the picture to hold up.

But still, if you want the most amount of TV possible for the lowest price, this is a solid Prime Day offer.

Hisense 100-inch U65QF mini-LED TV: was $2,599 now $1897 at Amazon

The ultimate projector upgrade

An AWOL Vision projector screen

Thinking about turning your living room into a dream home theater space, but don't want a giant projector screen to dominate the space? Prime Day has delivered a major deal on a rising projector screen that lifts itself out of a simple bar, so it disappears when it's not in use.

The AWOL VISION 120" Motorized ALR Floor Rising Projector Screen is design for the best ultra short throw projectors, and the 'ALR' (ambient light rejection) element means that reduces the interference of ambient light, so you get a might brighter, more contrast rich, more colorful image even in a daylit room. I wrote about the different that an ALR screen makes here.

However, this combination of light-beating and motorized tech doesn't come cheap – but like I said, if you want a dream home theater that disappears when not in use, it's worth it.

AWOL VISION 120" Motorized ALR Floor Rising Projector Screen: was $2,999 now $1,899 at Amazon

Samsung S84F TV with a sign saying Price Cut

OLED fans, don't forget that there are some killer deals on 65-inch models right now!

In the US, you can get the Samsung S84F 65-inch for just $999 at Best Buy (down from $1,999). We've reviewed the S85F very similar sibling to this model, and we loved it – it's a beautiful TV, and the only key feature you need to give up for this cheaper version is Filmmaker Mode, which not everyone likes anyway, since it tends to be less bright.

In the UK, you can get the Panasonic Z80A 65-inch for just £999 at Amazon (it was previously priced at £1,199). It's incredibly rare for any OLED TV for fall below £1,000, but Panasonic's OLEDs are particularly revered for their accuracy of their images, so this should be especially interesting to cinephiles.

Amazon Fire TV Omni QLED is a great deal

Amazon Omni QLED ambient experience big savings deal image

One deal I want to highlight is a TV that I actually removed from my picks above, but it's still a great set, so it's worth me giving it some time in the sun here. It's the Amazon Fire TV Omni QLED, which has discounts on a range of sizes – I think the 55-inch version for $409.99 at Amazon is a good deal, but you can browse the other sizes by clicking through to that link.

The reason the Omni QLED isn't in my list any more is because the Roku Plus Series just pips it to the post – I think the Roku Plus Series 55-inch for $397 at Amazon is at least as good as the Omni QLED, and is 10 bucks cheaper, so I'd go with that.

But if you're not a fan of Roku and you're looking for a budget TV that punches above its weight when it comes to picture quality, the Omni QLED is what I'd choose – our Amazon Fire TV Omni QLED review praises its "surprisingly detailed picture" and "good gaming performance". In fact, we called it "outstanding value" even before Amazon cut the price…

This might not look like a huge discount, but it's the joint-cheapest we've ever seen this TV, and it's an excellent price for a TV that's this good – we praised the "very good picture quality and great gaming performance" in our Fire TV Omni QLED review.

Looking for a new streaming device? There's no better time than Prime Day to pick up one of Amazon's Fire TV Sticks, especially if you're looking for its most advanced one: the Fire TV Stick 4K Max.

The best deal of the day is actually in the UK, where the Fire TV Stick 4K Max has crashed to £39.99 (down from £69.99), which is a new record-low price.

In the US, the Fire TV Stick 4K Max has dropped to $39.99 (down from $59.99). That's not the cheapest it's ever been (it has been $32.99 previously), but it's still a very good discount.

The Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max supports 4K streaming, Dolby Vision and HDR10+ HDR, Wi-Fi 6 for smoother performance and comes built-in with the Xbox app for cloud streaming.

A new record-low price for a Sony 65-inch OLED TV

Sony's TVs have received some discount love on Prime Day too. The 65-inch Sony Bravia 8 OLED TV has dropped to $1,498 (was $1,898) at Amazon. That's another new record-low price we've seen this Prime Day.

The Bravia 8 (2024) excels with its picture quality, which is detailed, contrast-rich and colorful, but also its built-in sound. Its punchier, more direct and clearer than most TVs you'll get, especially compared to its rivals from LG and Samsung.

A TCL 65-inch mini-LED TV for under £750?

TCL's mini-LED TVs are excellent value at full price, so a discount is a bonus. In the UK, you can get the 65-inch TCL Q7C mini-LED TV at for £749 (was £899) at Amazon. This is £16 more than it was yesterday, but still a brilliant deal.

Though different in name, it's pretty much the same TV as the TCL C7K, which rated highly in our review for its excellent feature-set, including Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support, 4K 144Hz and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro for gaming, and a bright, colourful and contrast-rich picture.

If you're looking for a 65-inch screen that doesn't break the bank or compromise on quality, this is the TV you're looking for.

Another great TCL TV deal – this one in the US

TCL QM8K showing image of green plant

We blogged earlier about Amazon’s deal on the 65-inch TCL QM8K, but it looks like its price has dropped by another $50. Right now, you can get that same TV for only $948. That’s a limited-time deal, meaning it should expire at midnight, so I wouldn’t hesitate to get it while the getting is good.

In our TCL QM8K review, we were impressed by the this mini-LED TV’s high brightness and the deep, detailed blacks delivered by TCL Halo Control System. It also has an anti-reflection screen and ultra wide angle feature that make it perfect for watching sports. Just think of how good those Major League post-season games will look on the QM8K’s big, bright screen…

Got an Amazon Prime membership and need a small TV for a bedroom or guest room? Amazon’s big deal on the 32-inch F6000 brings its price down from $179.99 to $127.99, a 28% discount. The deal is exclusive for Prime members, and if like me you let your membership lapse, you can easily sign up again at the link below to get the discount.

Why would you buy 32-inch Samsung TV? While this model tops out at Full HD resolution, it does support high dynamic range. More important, it has Samsung’s Tizen OS, which is one the best smart TV platforms on the market for streaming and searching content.

Save $80 on the best budget 4K Blu-ray player

Sony UBP-X700U on white

The Sony UBP-X700U was released earlier this year and is an updated version of TechRadar’s choice for the best budget 4K Blu-ray player, the Sony UBP-X700. It regularly sells for $299.99, but Amaon’s Prime Day sale is knocking $80 off what was already a very affordable player.

With the UBP-X700U you’re getting Dolby Vision support, along with support for high-res audio formats including DSD, FLAC, and ALAC. The Sony can play SACDs and regular CDs along with Blu-rays and DVDs, and it has a front-facing USB port for playing files on a thumb drive. This is only the second time the UBP-X700U has seen a discount, so don’t miss this chance to buy it on sale.

The Epson LS650 ultra short throw projector has hit a record-low price

Epson LS650 projector on stand

Epson’s LS650 ultra short throw projector is getting a great discount for Prime Day. You can now buy the LS650 for $1,499, a 40% discount on its regular $2,499 price. That’s a record-low price for this projector, which uses a laser 3LCD light engine to project images with 3,600 lumens brightness.

Ultra short throw projectors like the LS650 are great because you can install them close to a wall and they can beam bright, huge images – up to 120 inches in the LS650’s case. In our Epson EpiqVision Ultra LS650 projector review, we knocked it a bit for its sluggish Android TV smart OS for streaming, but that can be easily worked around by adding a cheap Roku or Fire TV streaming stick.

LG C4 vs LG C5: which OLED TV should you buy?

LG C5 OLED

Time’s running out on Amazon Prime Day, and that means you need to make a final decision on that LG OLED TV you’ve had your eye on. Surprisingly, Amazon in the US still has inventory on the 65-inch LG C4 (it’s running low), which means you don’t necessarily have to spring for the more expensive LG C5.

When we reviewed the new C5, we found the differences between it and its C4 predecessor to be minimal. It’s very slightly brighter, and it has an updated processor, but picture-quality and feature-wise, these two TVs are, for the most par,t a draw. You’ll save $200 by buying the 65-inch LG C4, and that can be money put to good use buying other stuff in Amazon’s dwindling sale.

Which TVs have the best smart interface?

LG C4 OLED TV webOS 24 interface

Most video aficionados have a laser focus on picture quality – that’s what you’re paying extra for when you buy one of the best TVs after all – but another important consideration for any TV is its smart interface.

At TechRadar, we regularly evaluate a TV’s smart interface as part of our review process, and over time, we’ve come to lean toward a few favorite options. LG’s webOS, which is found in all of its OLED TVs, is one of our favorites for its clean, well-organized layout and a Quick Settings menu that gives you easy access to picture settings and other adjustments. Samsung’s Tizen is another favorite for many of the same reasons that distinguish LG’s webOS, and it also has a great Gaming Hub for quick access to connected consoles and cloud-based gaming apps.

The Google TV interface in Sony, Hisense, and TCL TVs gets the job done, though it can be a bit clunky and slow to navigate. Amazon’s Fire TV interface, which is found in Panasonic’s new OLED TVs for 2025, is probably our least favorite due to its busy layout and strong positioning of – surprise, surprise – Amazon Prime Video content in the recommendations, but if you’re a Prime Video subscriber, that can be an advantage.
