3 of our favorite robot vacuums are at their lowest-ever prices for Black Friday, with up to 50% off
Including a seriously advanced Dreame robovac for $400
There are plenty of Black Friday robot vacuum deals around, but as TechRadar's resident robovac expert my advice is to use this sales event to pick up a premium bot for a mid-range price – and on that note, three of TechRadar's most highly-rated robot vacs have had major price cuts this Black Friday week, with up to 50% off.
If I was going to buy one myself, I'd choose the Dreame L40 Ultra, which is now $399.99 (was $799.99) at Amazon. This bot is an extremely capable cleaner, handling even pet hair with ease. It's also user-friendly and reliable, and comes with an advanced dock that'll take care of a load of maintenance tasks for you. Oh, and its mops just as well as it vacuums.
But all three of these bots come highly recommended, and all are at their lowest-ever prices on record. Read on for more info...
Today's best Black Friday robot vacuum deals
With $400 off, this robovac is at its lowest-ever price – I've only ever seen it this cheap before in a flash sale. It's a seriously good robot vacuum, too – in our Dreame L40 Ultra robot vacuum review, we awarded it 4.5 stars and called it "a sure-fire winner when it comes to keeping flooring of all styles spick and span". Under $400 is ludicrously cheap for the amount of tech and smarts you're getting here.
This robovac has had $450 slashed off its price tag, taking it to the cheapest price I have on record. It's incredible value for that price, too – in our Eufy X10 Pro Omni review, my tester called it "almost perfect", highlighting strong vacuuming and mopping performance and an easy-to-use app.
With $500 off, the Qrevo Curv is at a new lowest-ever price (by over $100), according to my records. This model holds the #1 spot in my best robovac ranking, due to a combination of powerful cleaning, reliability and ease of use. We awarded it a near-perfect 4.5 stars in our Roborock Qrevo Curv review, calling it "the crème de la crème of robot vacuums". There's also a big discount on the Qrevo Curv5X at Amazon – this model is very similar but slightly lower specced.
These are amongst the very best robot vacuums we've tested, and all come from respected brands that we consistently rate highly at TechRadar. Perhaps the reason why these models are seeing such strong discounts – and why there are so many big robot vacuum deals in general – is because new models get released so regularly in this market that new models quickly become 'outdated'.
None of these are the latest-and-greatest model in their respective brand's ranges, but that doesn't mean they aren't excellent robot vacuums. In fact, the rate of meaningful progress has slowed considerably with recent models, which means that models that are one or two years old are often only slightly less advanced than the newest options. Opting for a model or two back is my best advice for getting maximum value for money.
