I think I may have just found one of the best bang-for-the-buck gaming PC deals of the year, courtesy of the excellent Nvidia Gaming Week sale at Walmart.

Right now, you can pick up this RTX 5070-equipped Acer Nitro 60 for just $1,099 (was $1,899), which is a bonkers low price considering this machine not only features said graphics card, but also a Ryzen 7 chipset, 32GB of RAM, and a 2TB SSD.

Graphics card: GeForce RTX 5070
Processor: Ryzen 7-7700
RAM: 32GB
Storage: 2TB

A huge $800 price cut makes this Acer Nitro 60 an absolute bargain if you're on the hunt for a decent gaming PC. Not only do you get a strong combination of an RTX 5070 graphics card and Ryzen 7 chipset, but you're paying an almost unbeatable price for a rig of this calibre. Generally speaking, I'd expect to pay at least $1,300 for these specs at a discount, so this is a fantastic deal.

If you're looking for a cheap (and I mean dirt cheap) gaming laptop, then this HP Victus 15 is a solid option. The specs include an RTX 4050 graphics card and a 13th-gen Intel Core i5 chipset, which are older specs now, but still superb if you're just looking for something to cover the basics. Don't expect fireworks, of course, but this machine should be able to play older and less demanding titles decently at 1080p resolution.

If you'd prefer a gaming laptop, you can also consider this Acer Nitro V, which is a slightly newer (yet still cheap) option. Under the hood, the RTX 5050 graphics card and Ryzen 5 chipset are equivalent specs to the HP above, just with the latest generation tech. That should afford a slightly smoother experience in-game, as well as better support for Multi Frame Generation and other software tricks.

A $50 price cut brings this MSI RTX 5060 down to well under $300 – an impressive price considering it's a 5000 series card. This could be a great option if you're looking for a decent 1080p card for a budget setup. As a two-fan card, it's also relatively low profile in terms of space, so it could be perfect for a smaller case.

With $220 off, this PNY Epic-X RTX 5060 Ti has to be the best graphics card deal available at Walmart today. You're only paying $90 more than the standard RTX 5060 cards above, but getting a much more usable 16GB of VRAM on board, which should help you squeeze out a little more performance down the line.

Tied for the cheapest RTX 5070 available at Walmart today, this PNY Overclocked edition features a hefty three-fan form factor that's sure to provide decent cooling. Note, it's pretty large, however, so make sure you have enough room in your case before you pick one up.

This MSI Ventus RTX 5070 features a much more case-friendly two-fan setup, rather than the chunky three-fan form factor of the PNY above. Subsequently, it could be a good choice if space is at a premium inside your machine.
