This week's Apple March event unveiled the iPad Air M4, which is officially available to preorder starting today. That typically means you can now find really good deals on older models, like this fantastic offer that I've spotted at Amazon.

The retailer has the 2025 11-inch iPad Air M3 with Wi-Fi and Cellular on sale for only $599 (originally $749), which is the lowest price we've ever seen. The new 11-inch iPad M4 retails for $599 without Cellular, which means you can grab the M3 iPad for the same price and get internet access wherever you are.
Today's best deal on the iPad Air M3
Thanks to the release of the iPad Air M4, Amazon is offering the 11-inch iPad Air M3 at a record-low price of $599. In addition to Apple's superfast M3 chip brain, this iPad features a crisp Liquid Retina display, 128GB of storage, 12MP front and rear cameras, and support for Apple's AI features.

The biggest difference between the iPad Air M4 and its predecessor is Apple's M4 processor, which Apple claims is now 30% faster. The new iPad also now includes 12GB of RAM and support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.
The iPad Air M3 is still an excellent tablet that delivers laptop-like speed and performance with a sleek 11-inch Liquid Retina display, 128GB of storage, 12MP front and rear cameras, and support for Apple's AI features.
The iPad Air M3 with Cellular for $599 is a fantastic buy, and with Cellular connectivity, it's a better value for most people than the new M4 model.
