Check out all of the top categories from the Very sale below, as well as the rest of my top picks from the store's early Black Friday sale. The retailer has said more will be added over the coming days, so I'll be back to update my recommendations with any more standout deals.

The Apple Watch 10 is the manufacturer's previous generation flagship smartwatch, but this is a fantastic low price if you're happy with slightly older tech that still boasts a thin and comfortable design. You get advanced health features like ECG for monitoring heart irregularities, overnight metrics to identify issues like sleep apnea, and more. Like past models, it remains an ideal fitness partner that can track activity level and health metrics and push you toward your fitness goals.

The Ninja Foodi FlexDrawer Air Fryer offers everything you need for family or batch cooking – and it's currently down to a great price on Very. It has an extra-large 10.4L drawer (or MegaZone, as Ninja likes to call it), which can be turned into two independent cooking zones. You can fit a 2kg chicken or 1.5kg of fries in each zone with a choice of seven cooking functions, so it’s ideal for everyday cooking to dinner party dining.

OK, it's not a huge discount, but it's still one of the first price cuts I've seen on the Nintendo Switch 2. Given that the console usually costs around £395 by itself, you're effectively getting a copy of Mario Kart World bundled in for just £14 – that's a huge steal. I don't anticipate the deals will be any better than this as we get into the depths of Black Friday, and there could be stock issues come November, so I think this is a great time to buy ahead of the mad rush.

The JLab Go Air Pop are some of the best super-cheap earbuds you can buy. Why? Well, it's because they impress with energetic sound, solid noise cancellation and a comfortable fit. They were already outrageously cheap, but at £19.99 from Very, they're simply too good to skip if you need a new pair for a great low price.

There's a solid £80 off the Dyson Airwrap i.d at Very, which is around £30 off the lowest-ever price for this game-changing styling gadget. Not a bad price, then, if you don't want to wait to see if it gets any cheaper over Black Friday. This bundle boasts a tapering and parallel auto-wrap barrel, for different curl looks, and includes a button to launch an automated curl sequence that takes all the effort out of styling.

Even though it's getting older now, the Venu 2 is still a brilliant, cheap Garmin for those who want a do-it-all smartwatch for less than £200, which is why this massive £200 saving is so enticing. In our Garmin Venu 2 review, we praised its excellent AMOLED display, great GPS, a swathe of wellness features, and the manufacturer's industry-leading fitness tracking.

The PS5 is the console I use the most and this Digital Edition bundle at Very is excellent value for money if you're looking to pick up one as well. As well as a copy of EA FC 26, this bundle has everything you need to get started, including a controller and all cables. Just know that it doesn't come with a disc drive, so you won't be able to play physical copies of games (unless you buy the separate disc drive attachment).

If you're looking for a good-sized budget display, you can't get much better than this Hisense 50-inch 4K TV that's on sale for £269 at Very. The Hisense A6Q sports 4K Ultra HD resolution support, a direct-lit LED array for respectable brightness and contrast, and Dolby Vision HDR for superior colours. Access to all of your favourite streaming apps is just a button press away, too. All of this for under £300? A bargain basic TV.

For £349.99, you can get Dyon's best-selling V11 Extra vacuum. The V11 nails the basics, offering strong suction and excellent manoeuvrability. Information is displayed on an LCD screen that shows exactly how long you have left before the battery runs out in the current power mode.

The older XM4s are outstanding, so the XM5s had to work really hard to beat them. They're definitely not a smash hit, but if you want a high-quality pair of noise-cancelling headphones that are considerably cheaper than the newest XM6s, then these are a smart buy. Just know that I reckon they will be at least £30 cheaper closer to Black Friday.

Obviously, this Toshiba TV isn't the most powerful or highest quality display out there. However, it is incredibly cheap. So, if you need a very basic TV for the bedroom, kitchen or a kid's room for streaming shows and movies, then this is up to the job and doesn't cost much at all. Just don't expect a fantastic image or super-fast performance.
