Labor Day sales are very much in full swing, and while most retailers are expected to keep early deals live until the day itself (September 1), you should still consider getting your hands on the best offers as swiftly as you can - especially if you're looking to upgrade your smart home ecosystem.

So, check out Amazon's Labor Day sale, which currently has a record-low offer on the Blink video doorbell and security camera bundle - now $134.98 from its usual retail price of $248.98, which saves you $115.

For starters, Blink's range of smart home security has made quite the impression on us, and we particularly liked the Outdoor 4 security camera, which we awarded a respectable 4 stars. If you were to purchase a single Outdoor 4 camera, you're looking at $100 per camera, so getting three cameras and a video doorbell for not much more makes this a very tempting offer.

Lowest price: Not only is this bundle at a record-low price, but you'll also save $115 on a smart home security bundle that would cost you a lot more if you were to buy all the components separately. As well as a video doorbell, this deal will also kit you out with one of the best home security cameras for added surveillance - not just for your front door.

As well as a two-year battery life, the Outdoor 4 offers a 1080p video stream and adequate sound quality. While you'll have to pay a subscription fee to access its advanced features such as motion event recording, live view recording and person detection, you can still take advantage of its free version with the Sync Module 2, which connects to your router for added functions such as video storage.

When it comes to the video doorbell, its two-year battery life means you can trust it to monitor the outside of your home without the worry of it dying out on you. It also packs an extended head-to-toe view, and though this device also requires a subscription for advanced features, it starts from as little as $3 a month per device.

The camera is also easy to view in the Blink app, which also works for the Outdoor 4 camera. However, this is the only way you can access your camera system, as it's not available on desktop or browser.
