Save $100 on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 and score one of the best Black Friday smartwatch deals today
When the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 dropped this year, it immediately become one of our best smartwatches and now it's one of the best Black Friday deals out there.
For the first time since it debuted earlier this year, you can score Samsung's most recent smartwatch for a record-low price on both sides of the pond. To start, Amazon US is listing the Samsung Galaxy Watch8 for $279.99 (was $379.99) - knocking off a generous $100. Its UK Black Friday offer sees an £89 price drop, but still takes it to a record-low price of £259.99 (was £349).
As mentioned, this is a first-time deal for the Galaxy Watch 8 so with that in mind, we don't know which direction it will take price-wise come Black Friday weekend - so it would be a big shame to miss out.
Today's best Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Black Friday deal
US deal: You can now get Samsung's most recent Galaxy Watch for a record-low price this Black Friday, saving you $100 on a device we gave 4.5 stars. Given its short pricing history, we don't know if this model will get another price cut on the day of Black Friday, but this generous discount implies that this could be as good as it gets. THe LTE model, which can be added to a phone's data plan, is extra.
Samsung Galaxy Watch8 40mm LTE: was $399.99 now $329.99
US deal: You can also save $100 on the larger 44mm Galaxy Watch8 model, although again, the LTE model which can be added to a phone's data plan will cost extra. This is pretty standard amongst modern smartwatches, but if you don't need this feature, a $100 discount is not to be sniffed at.
Samsung Galaxy Watch8 44mm LTE: was $429.99 now $379.99
UK deal: Shoppers across the pond can snag a similar deal on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 and save £90. This discount takes this model to a record-low price making it one of the best Black Friday smartwatch deals so far - but we'd get our hands on one soon if we were in your shoes. There are no deals on the LTE models yet.
UK deal: Another £90 discount here. However, the LTE model is available in the 44mm size in silver, so it's worth snapping that up before that deal vanishes too.

Unlike its Galaxy Watch Ultra and Classic sibling devices, Samsung's Galaxy Watch 8 is sleek and elegant in its design and comes with a new cushion shape that's a lot slimmer.
As far as performance goes, it's one of the first models where you can access Gemini smarts right from your wrist that can complete tasks such as showing you directions to your nearest supermarket, or starting a workout session.
On the fitness front it packs new advanced tools including the new Running Coach where, once you've entered your fitness goals and completing a 12-minute test run, will assig you one of 160 different running plans to help you get started.
