Want a MacBook? Best Buy has record-low prices on every model right now

While retailers are gearing up for the upcoming holiday sale season, Best Buy is giving us an early treat with a massive sale on Apple MacBooks. The retailer is slashing prices that rival what you would typically see on Black Friday, with record-low prices starting at just $699.99.

I've listed the five best MacBook deals below, which include M2, M3, and M4 models in a variety of sizes and configurations. We'll start with Best Buy's cheapest MacBook, the 13-inch M2, which is on sale for only $699.99 (originally $799), or you could upgrade to the 13-inch M4 model, which is only $100 more at $799.99 (originally $999).

If you're looking for a larger screen space, Best Buy has Apple's 15-inch MacBook Air M4 on sale for $999.99(originally $1,199), and the 15-inch M3 with 512GB of storage for $1,099. And last but not least, Apple's most powerful machine, the MacBook Pro M4, is on sale for $1,299.99 (originally $1,599.99).

You'll find the full list of MacBook deals at Best Buy below, and links to more Apple discounts at the retailer. Keep in mind these are limited-time offers, and I can't imagine you'll find a significantly bigger discount during the Black Friday shopping season.

Newer M3 and M4 models are now available, but this is an unbelievable price for the MacBook Air 13-inch with an M2 chip. While it's an older version, it remains an incredibly powerful laptop for those requiring a premium powerhouse for school, productivity, coding, or creative work. You also get double the amount of RAM at 16GB, although the 256GB of storage feels a little paltry in 2025. Still, we rated it highly in our MacBook Air M2 review, thanks to the stylish design, clear display, impressive performance, and long 18-hour battery life.

The MacBook Air 13-inch (M4) is the newest version of Apple's popular laptop, and it's now down to a record-low price. You get a great-looking 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display, while the boost to 16GB of RAM keeps all your programs running smoothly. It's just a shame Apple still insists on only 256GB of storage as standard, which feels a little miserly in 2025. Nevertheless, this is still one of the best laptops you can buy if you need a performance powerhouse for productivity and creative tasks.

Storage - 512GB

This is essentially just a larger version of the M3 MacBook Air 13-inch, and it's now reduced to its lowest-ever price at Best Buy. Our MacBook Air 15-inch review praised the display, performance, design, and speaker array, although we did think the jump in size hurt one of the MacBook Air's key selling points – its portability. Nevertheless, this is still an impressive laptop that was awarded a full five stars.

The Apple MacBook Pro (M4 Pro) is one of the most powerful MacBooks available, with ample power ready to tackle intensive tasks. With a 14-core CPU and a 20-core GPU, productivity and gaming are a breeze, and it also helps that you'll have 24GB of unified memory. While still quite pricey on sale, it's an impressive deal for a laptop that will serve you well for years.
