As it stands, USA lead the all time standings with a record of 28-13-2 going into this year's tournament. The USA team come into this year's rendition with extraordinary depth, registering 7 of the top 10 world ranked players in their roster. Key players such as Scottie Scheffler and J.J. Spaun are peaking at the right time, with players like DeChambeau possessing the ability to play under high levels of pressure in what is set to be a close encounter. However, the USA went 0-4 in singles in 2023's Ryder Cup and will need to improve that record if they have any hope of taking home their sixth straight home victory.

This year's line-up for Europe is a battle-tested bunch with 11 returnees being named in the roster. Europe will go into this year's tournament in high spirits as key players are hitting form at the right time. Rory McIlroy and Tommy Fleetwood are in top form, with McIlroy finally getting his hands on the famous green jacket and Fleetwood winning the Maiden PGA. Europe will be hoping that history will repeat itself with another dominant foursomes performance from Aberg and Hovland as they look for their first win on away soil since 2012.
