Prices just keep falling on Dyson vacuums – here's a roundup of all the best bargains

Dyson has knocked a massive $260 off this V11 with a massive range of detail tools. The V11 sits around the middle of the range in terms of specs, and it's really strong value for money with this deal. There's no automatic adjustment based on dirt levels, but there is strong suction and long runtimes, plus a useful LCD screen to provide info.

With $300 off, the V15 Detect is back down to its lowest ever price. It can adjust suction automatically and report back exactly what's being sucked up as it does so, so you can tell when a patch of floor is clean before moving on. If you'd prefer a slightly more advanced filter, but fewer tools, head to Walmart where the V15 Absolute is the same price.

The V12 Detect Slim has a massive discount for Black Friday: $330 off. This is my top recommendation for smaller homes; it offers hi-tech features (automatic suction adjustment and a laser-equipped soft floorhead for hard flooring) at a relatively affordable price – that's far more affordable right now. This is Dyson's V15 vacuum, but with an extra mopping floorhead bundled in, so it can be used to take care of all your floor cleaning needs. With $300 off, it's back down to the lowest price I have on record for this model. The vacuum is superb (it boasts advanced features like automatic suction adjustment based on dirt detected), and in our Dyson V15s Detect Submarine review, my teammate commented that the mopping is great for small cleanups.

The V9 Motorbar is less than half price right now, with a massive $330 off. This a new addition to the Dyson lineup, aimed at more budget-conscious buyers. It's ultra-lightweight, with solid suction specs and a helpful info screen. It's a strong choice for smaller homes. This deal is also available at Amazon and Best Buy.

The V8 is a classic within the Dyson range, and it's now even cheaper than it was last week – I've just spotted a $310 price cut at Walmart. That's less than half price, and extremely affordable for a Dyson vacuum. This vacuum is simple but effective, with good suction, decent runtimes and a nimble design.

The V12 has had a 45% price-cut for Black Friday. This vacuum often gets forgotten about, but as my teammate commented in our Dyson V12 Detect Slim review, it's the perfect choice for smaller homes. It packs many of the same cutting-edge features as the V15, but in a lighter frame and with a smaller price-tag.

The Gen5detect is one of Dyson's newest, most powerful, and tech-packed cordless vacuums – it had $250 off last week, and now the discount has increased to $300 off. It's still not quite the cheapest it has ever been though – if you're not in a rush, it might be worth waiting for Black Friday itself to buy.

The Gen5outsize is a scaled-up version of the Gen5detect, with a larger dust cup and wider floorhead. It's had a $300 price cut in Dyson's Black Friday sale, which isn't quite the cheapest I've seen it go for, but it's close. This model is designed for larger homes, and it has all the same hi-tech features as its regular-sized sibling, including real-time dust reports and automatic suction adjustment.

This deal represents another cheapest-ever price on the V11 – beating the deals from earlier in the month. The V11 lacks automatic suction adjustment (as well as the even flashier features of the newest Dysons) but is still a really excellent cleaner. The price on this vacuum is at a new lowest-ever price this Black Friday week. The V10 doesn't get tons of attention within the cordless lineup, and at full price I probably wouldn't recommend it, but with this discount it's much more appealing. There's no LCD screen for info, but the runtimes are strong and the suction is good. This deal is also available direct from Dyson.

The current deal on the V15 is excellent, but not quite as good as earlier in the month, when the price dropped to £449.95 at Dyson. This is probably the model I'd recommend to most people, because it balances cool, hi-tech features with a user-friendly design and of course, excellent cleaning. After a further price-drop, the V8 is now back down to its lowest-ever price. The V8 is the oldest model in the current Dyson lineup, but remains a best-seller, delivering strong suction and a simple but effective design. This Advanced version has more suction than the original V8.

This is a new addition to the Dyson lineup, and it's already had a £150 price-cut. It's a Cyclone V10 vacuum with a mopping floorhead bundled in, so it can be used to take care of all your floorcare needs in one appliance. With the current discount, it's very easy to recommend.
