The first day of Amazon's huge Spring Deal Days sale is well under way and while I'm sifting through it to see what deals tickle my fancy, I can't help but notice one of the best Apple Watch deals I've seen in a long time — and it's for one of Apple's most recent models.
The Apple Watch Series 11, the latest flagship watchOS 26 smartwatch, has hit its lowest price yet which, for a wearable that came out just six months ago, is quite the steal. If you're UK-based, Amazon is listing it for £299 (was £369), but that's not to say US shoppers won't be able to take advantage of this record-low deal; they can also snag one for $299 (was $399).
I started wearing an Apple Watch just over a year ago, and looking back on my time before then, I don't know how I got on without one. Take it from this Apple Watch lover, if you want to take your fitness regime from zero to hero but still want it to be fun and enjoyable, look no further.
Best Apple Watch Series 11 UK deal
Record-low price: Six months on from its release, Apple's latest smartwatch model is more affordable than ever, putting its Black Friday offer to shame. It's not often you see a new Apple Watch model hit a low price point this soon after its release, so that's another factor worth taking into account.
Best Apple Watch Series 11 US deal
Record-low price: Likewise with its matching US deal, this offer also beats its previous Black Friday listing. It's the first time the Apple Watch Series 11 has dipped below the $300 price mark, and since there aren't any deals on the Series 10 in Amazon's sale, this one is a no-brainer.
If you're an iPhone owner and you've never used an Apple Watch before, you're not ready for how easier your daily life is about to become, whether that's for improving your fitness or for bringing all the features of your iPhone to your wrist. As for the Apple Watch Series 11, it covers all your fitness needs and beyond, but isn't an intimidating model to navigate if you're new to using the best fitness trackers.
But where the Apple Watch Series 11 wins for me is its convenience aspect. Are you still using your iPhone for tracking your steps and recording runs on Strava? That used to be me.
There's nothing worse than using your iPhone to keep tabs on your steps. Believe me, I endured this for years and the weight was lifted as soon as I had easy viewing access to all my metrics on my wrist. This made achieving my daily step goals less of a chore, and more of an exciting personal challenge — and it's the same for running.
Prior to my Apple Watch days, running with my phone in hand while using Strava to record it was nothing more than a nightmare, so having an Apple Watch to get me through my runs while also giving me the ability to skip songs on Spotify right from my wrist was the icing on the cake.
However, beyond the Series 11's easy navigation, larger battery, and long-awaited Sleep Score tool, it serves you well for apps you wouldn't think to use it for. For me, setting timers and alarms has never been easier, and I can also control media right from it if my phone is in a different room whether that's music on a streaming platform or a YouTube video. Oddly, Shazam is another one of my most-used Apple Watch apps which, again, is attributed to convenience.
