Just a heads-up if you're thinking about upgrading your MacBook, folks. The retailer B&H Photo is currently selling the outstanding MacBook Pro 14 M5 with 24GB of RAM for just $1,499 (was $1,799).

That's the same price as the entry-level 16GB configuration right now, which is $100 off at the retailer by itself. In short, this is a pretty incredible option if you need a serious machine for professional or personal use.

RAM: 24GB

Here's an excellent opportunity to pick up a higher-end 24GB MacBook Pro for less at B&H. The retailer is currently selling the 24GB configuration for the same price as the 16GB version, which was already discounted. This is quite simply a fantastic price on one of our favorite machines here at TechRadar. We were huge fans of the latest MacBook Pro 14 when we reviewed it last year, thanks to its incredible power, build quality, and display; all of which remain some of the best on the market right now.

A great choice for creative work flows

The latest MacBook Pro 14 is a relatively minor upgrade versus the previous iteration, but Apple has stuck with a winning formula here. You're still getting one of the best-built, designed, and premium laptops on the market with the MacBook Pro 14.

This particular model features the latest M5 Pro chipset, which provides heaps of everyday performance, impressive battery life, and better support for AI apps. The M4 models were already impressive, of course, but it's definitely worth it while it's going cheap at B&H.

With 24GB of RAM, you'll have no issues here with really intensive music production, video editing, or 3D rendering. The MacBook Pro was already one of the best laptops (if not the best) for this kind of creative work, so it really is a match made in heaven if you've got a bit of cash to spend this week.
