This RTX 5060 Lenovo gaming laptop is the best deal I've seen all week — get an OLED display, Ultra 7 chipset, 32GB of RAM, and $400 off

It's hard to find a great value gaming laptop these days with RAM prices so inflated. But, that doesn't mean there isn't the occasional gem that crops up every now and again.

I'd argue, for example, that this Lenovo Legion 5i at B&H Photo for $1,299 (was $1,699) is an exceptional deal in any context.

While $1,299 isn't exactly cheap, it's a reasonable price for what you're getting here. The Lenovo Legion 5i features a high-end OLED display, and this configuration in particular comes with an RTX 5060 graphics card, Intel Ultra 7 chipset, a 1TB SSD, and 32GB of RAM right out of the box.

It's exceptionally rare to find a machine that ticks all the boxes at this price point, but the $400 off at B&H is really making this one a great value buy. No glaring upgrades are needed here, and you'll get excellent performance for a few years down the line.

Today's best RTX 5060 gaming laptop deal

Graphics card: RTX 5060
Processor: Intel Core Ultra 7
RAM: 32GB
Storage: 1TB

I've seen a fair few deals on Lenovo Legion 5i gaming laptops over the past few weeks, but none of those touch this listing at B&H Photo. Not only are you getting a great price on this machine considering it features an RTX 5060 graphics card and Ultra 7 chipset, but you also get a 1TB SSD and 32GB of RAM. Combined, this is one impressive deal indeed thanks to the retailer's massive $400 price cut today.

Great specs, paired with an OLED display

We haven't tested the latest Legion 5i model at TechRadar, but we have reviewed the older iterations and consistently found them to be great laptops overall. While they're not the flashiest machines on the market, the hardware is top-notch, and generally, they're well built, too.

With this particular deal, you're getting a mid-level configuration with an OLED display, which remains the biggest selling point for the latest Legion 5i. It's a premium panel that's going to get you much nicer colors, contrast, and inky blacks versus the cheaper displays featured on budget machines. It's a 1600p resolution panel, which is quite pixel dense for a laptop, but luckily the RTX 5060 graphics card should be up to the task for providing smooth performance.
