This deal is categorically one of the best I've seen for Black Friday. Although the Samsung HW-Q800F's typical cost is listed at around $750, it actually launched at $1,099, meaning you're getting it for around half price here. This model is the best soundbar and sub combo I've tested here at TechRadar. It plates up rumbling bass, impeccable dialogue clarity, and phenomenal Atmos effects. For less than $550, you really couldn't ask for much more.

I recently reviewed the Samsung HW-Q800F, and my, oh my, is this soundbar-sub combo something special. It wowed me with impressive Dolby Atmos effects, incredible low-end output, and exceptionally clean dialogue. It initially launched at £799 in the UK – as you can see over on Samsung's official website – though the original price is shown as £420 on this Amazon listing. So really, you're shaving almost 50% off that launch price, which is phenomenal given the five-star quality on offer.

In my Samsung HW-Q800F review I heaped praise on this recently released model for its top-tier performance for Dolby Atmos movies, with pin-point sound mapping and intoxicatingly expansive audio on offer. I also loved its re-designed subwoofer, which is more compact and easier to integrate into an existing TV setup.

More recent Samsung TV owners will also appreciate some exclusive features too, such as Q-Symphony, which makes use of your TV speakers – as well as the Q800F – to deliver even more powerful cinematic sound. Anyone can make use of the SmartThings app, too, which lets you control EQ, channel levels, volume, and activate a voice enhancement mode.

This soundbar is supremely easy to set up – no complex pairing or complicated wired connections needed. And when you combine that ease of use with an exceptional design and outstanding performance, there are few areas in which I can fault it.
