Black Friday tablet deals are the best I've ever seen, with the lowest prices on the newest iPad tablets, Galaxy Tab, Amazon Fire and plenty of bargain options
There are always good Black Friday deals on tablets, but this year I'm seeing some of the best deals ever on almost every tablet you'd want to buy. I've been using tablets since the original iPad and Galaxy Tab, and I've tested all of the best tablets you can buy in the US, along with our labs team testing the best tablets in the UK. No matter your needs or budget, I can recommend the right slate.
• Shop Amazon's full Black Friday sale
I'm seeing the lowest prices ever on almost every tablet, including the Apple iPad, which usually doesn't see discounts this good. For instance, the base model iPad 11-inch tablet is only $279 on Amazon, it's lowest price ever.
Even Apple's newest iPad models are on sale. The brand new iPad Pro 11-inch (M5) with Apple's fastest chip inside is down to $899.99, it's first big discount to a new low price. If you need serious performance in a slate - like enough to run your own music studio - now is the best time to buy since we reviewed the iPad Pro (M5) at launch in October.
If you want a great deal on an Android tablet, you have your pick of all the best models. My favorite OnePlus Pad 3, a powerhouse Android slate with a super-fast and efficient Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset inside, is available now on Amazon for only $579.99, an all-time low price.
My favorite Samsung tablet, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE, is also on sale for an all-time low price of $359.99. That tablet was incredibly durable in our testing, while still offering a sleek design and tons of professional-strength features for multi-tasking.

This is the lowest price so far on Apple's newest entry-level iPad, and based on our testing, this is all the iPad most people will need. It's powerful and well-designed, with great software and tons of apps to keep you entertained. Best of all, we've been using the same iPad tablets for years, so we know they last a long time and stay current with the latest iPadOS software. The iPad Air with the Apple M3 chip inside proved a powerful tablet in our testing, more powerful than many laptop computers we've used. It's still incredibly thin and light, allowing us to take this powerhouse creativity machine anywhere. Paired with an Apple Pencil Pro, it's an amazing drawing tablet, or a slate strong enough to remix your latest album. This is the lowest price we've seen on the newest iPad Air. The iPad Pro 11-inch is one of the first computers with the new Apple M5 chipset inside, making it by far the fastest tablet you can buy, and one of the fastest mobile machines overall. In our time testing this sleek new iPad Pro, there wasn't a task it couldn't handle, and it will be more than enough for professionals and creative types alike. Pair this with a Magic Keyboard and you have a laptop replacement to make a Macbook Air jealous. This is the lowest price we've seen since we reviewed this iPad Pro with Future Labs a few months ago.

The Google Pixel Tablet is a great choice for a bargain tablet at this incredibly low price. This model loses the speaker dock, which I enjoyed in my testing time but I'd rather save a lot more money than pay for another speaker. This is by far the lowest price I've seen for this Pixel Tablet, which would make an excellent home controller and second screen for your YouTube content on the couch. You can read my in-depth Pixel Tablet review here.

We really enjoyed the Idea Tab Pro in our review time with the latest bargain tablet from Lenovo. It normally costs the same as a basic iPad 11-inch, but this all-time low price drops the Idea Tab Pro to why-not-buy-two territory. Our reviewer enjoyed the premium look and feel, and we especially like getting a pen in the box for free - no surcharge like the Apple Pencil requires. The OnePlus Pad 3 is the Android tablet I've been hoping to see - a seriously powerful slate with the latest Snapdragon inside, ready to compete with Apple's best. This is the Android tablet I reach for most often, and OnePlus proves its chops in hardware and software design. In our lab tests, this tablet had great battery life and the top-notch performance I expected. You can read our expert in-depth OnePlus Pad review for more.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE is Samsung's answer to the iPad Air 11-inch, but it bests Apple's tablet with incredible durability that only Samsung delivers. This price is the lowest I've seen, dropping this Tab to base model iPad price levels. In my time reviewing the 13-inch version of this tablet, I loved dunking it in the tub while reading and doomscrolling, or drawing with the included S Pen. This tablet has a fantastic screen and great battery life, and Samsung's software is among the best I've tried on any tablet. You can read my in-depth review of the Galaxy Tab S10 FE Plus for more.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE Plus is Samsung's answer to the iPad Air 13-inch, but it beats Apple's big Air tablet with durability that only Samsung delivers. This price is the lowest ever, making it an affordable upgrade over the smaller Tab S10 FE 11-inch model. In my time reviewing this tablet, I loved dunking it in the tub while reading and doomscrolling, or drawing with the included S Pen. This tablet has a fantastic screen and great battery life, and Samsung's software is among the best I've tried on any tablet. You can read my in-depth review of the Galaxy Tab S10 FE Plus for more.

Samsung skipped right to Plus with the Galaxy Tab S10, starting with this 12-inch tablet that delivers amazing performance on one of the best tablet displays I've ever used. This is the best price I've ever seen on this sleek, perfectly-designed tablet. I love that Samsung bundles its precise S Pen stylus with this tablet, but it's the durability that truly won me over. This tablet is IP68 resistant against water and dust, something no iPad offers. You can read more in our in-depth review of the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus.

Samsung's latest Galaxy Tab S11 is a powerful, durable tablet that is far stronger than it looks in every sense. We've tested this tablet in Future Labs and we can confirm the excellent battery life and fantastic display quality continue from past Samsung tablets. This is the lowest price we've ever seen on Samsung's premier tablet, and if you haven't considered a Galaxy Tab before, Samsung offers better productivity and multi-tasking software on the tablet than anyone else - even Apple. If you want a serious bargain on a great Samsung tablet, look no further than the Tab S6 Lite 10.4-inch tablet. In our review, we enjoyed the myriad options for customizing the look and feel of the device. We also appreciated the S Pen that came free in the box, so we didn't have to pay more to draw and doodle. This is a fantastic low price - the lowest we've seen - that undercuts the cheapest iPad by quite a bit. Check out our in-depth Galaxy Tab S6 Lite review.

Want a cheap, reliable tablet you can fit in your pocket? The Amazon Fire HD 8 is an incredible bargain for this cheap, durable Android tablet. Our review appreciated the headphone jack - now a rarity on mobile devices - paired with easy USB-C charging. We also liked the camera placed perfectly for web calls. This is the lowest price we've seen on a tablet that was already one of the cheapest tablets worth buying. You can read our in-depth Amazon Fire HD 8 review.

Apple's latest base iPad is on sale for an almost-record-low £299 right now (it was briefly £284 in October). The most significant upgrade for this model versus the previous generation is the newer A16 chip for faster performance, but you'll also get double the storage as standard (128GB instead of 64GB). Other features include a sharp 11-inch Liquid Retina display and solid 12MP front and back cameras, which make this iPad the best iPad for casual streamers and scrollers. If Amazon's stock runs low, you can find the same deal at Currys.

The new iPad Air is the closest thing you can get to an iPad Pro without having to pay upwards of £1,000, which is why we believe it's the best iPad for students in 2025. For almost half the price of Apple's professional-grade iPad, you'll get a beautiful Liquid Retina display, a MacBook-level M3 chipset, a landscape-oriented front-facing camera, and landscape stereo speakers with spatial audio. The larger 13-inch model is also on sale for £749 (was £799), and if Amazon's stock runs low, you can find the same deals at Very.

If you'd prefer a smaller iPad, Amazon's Black Friday sale has knocked £38 off the price of the M4-powered iPad mini. This small but welcome saving applies to the Starlight variant, but the Purple, Blue, and Space Grey variants have been discounted, too. In our Apple iPad mini A17 Pro (2024) review, we praised the new tablet's "pocket-friendly design" and "ability to support Apple Intelligence." Even if you can find the previous-gen iPad mini on sale for a cheaper price, we think this new model is the better, more future-proof buy.

Amazon is already offering £55 off the newest iPad Pro, the iPad Pro 11-inch (2025), for Black Friday. The main difference between this and the 2024 model is the former's M5 chipset, which, on paper, delivers faster CPU, GPU, and AI performance speeds over the M4 chipset. Will you notice that difference in reality? Probably not. So we suggest you pick whichever model is cheaper between the 2024 and 2025 iPad Pro if you're in the market for the best tablet money can buy.

This is Samsung's biggest and best tablet from 2024, and it's still just as amazing today as it was when I reviewed it last year. It's perfect for digital artists looking for a precise, colorful display for drawing and design work, and it makes an awesome gaming screen for Xbox streaming or your favorite Android games. This is the lowest price I've seen, making it a steal when you realize the Tab S11 Ultra is essentially the same tablet for much more. You can read my in-depth review of the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.

We were so impressed by the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro that our reviewer called it an iPad Pro alternative for the Android set. We loved the high-res display and Xiaomi's fast charging - a feature you won't find on Apple or Samsung tablets. This is the lowest price we've seen for Xiaomi's surprisingly powerful tablet, dropping it under the base model iPad for a slate that offers far more than we expected for this price.
