RTX 5070 gaming laptops are tumbling in price at Best Buy – save up to $300
Two excellent value RTX 5070 gaming laptop deals to check out

September isn't always known for its gaming laptop deals, but Best Buy has some fantastic options right now if you're looking for a decent machine at a discount.
Two RTX 5070 machines have caught my attention in particular, the first of which is this Gigabyte Aero X16 for $1,349 (was $1,649). Not only is this one of the cheapest RTX 5070 gaming laptops on the market right now, but you also get a decent Ryzen 7 chipset, 32GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD, meaning excellent bang for your buck. While not a super high-end machine, this Aero X16 also looks fantastic with its sleek, thin-line design.
If you want something with a bit more power, then this Asus TUF A16 for $1,499 (was $1,699) is another solid buy. Under the hood, you get a higher-end Ryzen 9 chipset with a bit more headroom in terms of performance and multitasking. A slight drawback is the 1200p display, but this machine should have no issues powering an external 1400p monitor if you're looking to upgrade your gaming setup without going fully desktop.

This Gigabyte Aero X16 has been on sale for as little as $1,299 this year, but today's deal at Best Buy beats the discount from Labor Day by a whopping $200. At $1,349, I still think this is easily one of the best RTX 5070 gaming laptop deals on the market right now considering you're getting not only a powerful graphics card, but also a superb chipset in a stylish, lightweight body.

Another great option this week at Best Buy, this Asus A16 features a high-end Ryzen 9 chipset that should pair nicely with an RTX 5070 for great out-of-the-box performance. The only downside? You only get a 1200p display on this machine, which is a little lower than the 1400p that this set-up should be able to handle comfortably. Look forward to smooth frame rates, however.
As previously mentioned, mid September isn't generally seen as prime time for deals but it's always worth keeping an eye on Best Buy. The retailer generally always has at least some gaming laptops on sale, including models that we've reviewed here on TechRadar.
