The temperature is set to fall this weekend, with clear skies on Saturday meaning temperatures will drop to freezing early in the morning. Thankfully, you don't have to crank the heating all the way up to stay warm; Argos has come to the rescue with an array of heaters and warmers from just £25.
My personal top pick is the Beurer Electric Fleece Heat Pad, which I use to keep warm at the office when the air conditioning is working overtime. It has three heat settings, which you can select using an in-line switch, and it times out after 90 minutes for safety. It's just the right size to put on your lap, or slide behind your back.
If you want to stay warm while you're working, also take a look at the Beurer Heated Cushion, which is super discreet (it looks just like an ordinary cushion) and ideal for providing warmth against your back, whether you suffer from muscle pain or just want to stay snug.
Fan heaters are an affordable way to keep cosy as well, and there are some particularly cheap options at Argos right now. The Bush Upright Oscillating Fan Heater is just the right size to place on your desk and is only £25, while the Dreo Atom Fan Heater and De'Longhi Bend Line Oscillating Ceramic Heater have both seen healthy price cuts in the Argos Big Red sales event.
Read on for all of my recommendations to keep you feeling snug throughout the cold snap, and make sure you're prepared for next time.
