We shouldn't be surprised that Dr. Robby (Noah Wyle) is once again threatening to leave the ER for good in The Pitt season 2, and we're right on schedule for another crash out.

Dana (Katherine LaNasa) is watching him like a hawk, secretly worried that his unravelling will cause the entire department to sink. It's not like they've got multiple vulnerable patients and an incoming water park crisis to be dealing with simultaneously or anything.

For US viewers, The Pitt season 2 episode 12 will drop on Thursday, April 2 at 6pm PT/ 9pm ET. As always, it'll come out on HBO Max, too.
