I'd buy this Galaxy S25 Ultra deal in a heartbeat, even though the Galaxy S26 Ultra is almost here
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is down to an all-time low price on Amazon, and it's officially the best deal in mobile flagships with this incredible discount. I know the Galaxy S26 Ultra is probably right around the corner, but don't worry about that phone. The S25 Ultra will be a fantastic phone for years to come, even if you buy it now.
You can always find a discount on a Samsung phone, but the Ultra has never dropped this low since it launched in January. For the 256GB model, you'll pay $899 (was $1,299.99) at Amazon in the US and £999 (was £1,249) at Amazon in the UK. Both of those are the lowest prices I've seen all year. You can get the Galaxy S25 Ultra today for less than the Galaxy S25 Plus cost when it launched with this Cyber Monday deal.

I have two of Samsung's Ultra phones in front of me: the Galaxy S25 Ultra and my own personal Galaxy S23 Ultra that I bought two years ago (and I'm still paying off on AT&T). The phones are almost indistinguishable in every way, from their looks to their performance to the photos I can shoot with their cameras.
Both of these phones are fast enough to play today's top games at the highest settings with little difference in framerate. Both can zoom in to the top of the highest building, or to the end of the field so I can read the numbers off the jerseys.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is a phone made to stick around for years, so if you can get it now for 30% off the original price, that makes it a steal, and there's no reason to worry about having the latest and the greatest. This phone will be great even after the next two Ultra phones have landed.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra hits an all-time low price, and even though the next generation is hot on its heels, this will be a fantastic phone for years to come. I have been using Ultra phones for years, and I know that these phones remain top-notch performers for gaming, productivity, and photography for generations after they first arrive on shelves. Samsung supports these phones with seven years of major Android updates, so you can buy now with confidence knowing it will have the longevity to stick around a long time.

This is the lowest price I've seen in the UK on the Galaxy S25 Ultra with 256GB of storage inside, which is a solid selection, especially if you'll be synchronizing your photos and videos to the cloud. This phone is feature packed and a top performer in all of my tests, with the best battery life on any Samsung phone. No matter when the next Ultra arrives, this phone will still be a great pick, especially at this price, and Samsung will be offering seven years of major Android OS and security updates for support.

Samsung has knocked $400 off the Galaxy S25 Ultra this Cyber Monday, continuing its incredible Black Friday deal. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is the most powerful slab phone Samsung makes, and comes equipped with a 6.9-inch display, Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, and a quad-camera system that ranks among the best on any smartphone. At $1019.99, you're paying a little more than a regular flagship phone for a handset that can do much more, and you get a 512GB storage upgrade thrown in, too.

Our pick for the best Black Friday phone deal is still going for Cyber Monday, as you can now grab the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 with 512GB of storage for a fantastic $400 off. Though still high, this is a great price for the best folding phone on the market, and gets you two great displays, the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, and the best camera system on any foldable with a 200MP main sensor.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 is the best flip-folding phone on the market, thanks to its solid construction, large edge-to-edge cover screen, and competitive performance. Samsung has knocked $200 off the price of its leading flip phone for Cyber Monday, bringing it down to the price of a standard Galaxy S25 (or iPhone 17, for reference). If you've been wanting a great flip phone, this is a really solid price.

Samsung has slashed the price of its standard flagship, the Galaxy S25, by $125 for Cyber Monday. The Galaxy S25 is a compact powerhouse of a smartphone, with a 6.2-inch display, three fantastic rear cameras, and the full power of the overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset. This discount brings this premium handset into mid-range territory, and I'd recommend it for anyone wanting a small but mighty smartphone.

At retail price, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is already a very competitive budget flagship, sitting well above its rival Google Pixel 9a and iPhone 16e, in terms of hardware power. At this Cyber Monday price of $474.99, it's a no-brainer for anyone looking for a reasonably priced, but still powerful, Android handset. Its 6.7-inch display in particular is a big bonus at this price.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge made waves when it launched in mid-2025 as the first widely available thin-and-light flagship phone, and now it's £250 off for Cyber Monday. Despite measuring a svelte 5.8mm thick, the Galaxy S25 edge still boasts the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, sandwiched between a 6.7-inch display and the same 200MP main camera as the super-premium Galaxy S25 Ultra.
