The Derek Chisora vs Deontay Wilder live stream features two of the heavyweight division's cult heroes going at it as they each bring up their respective half-centuries in the ring. Both fighters are in their fifth decade, Del Boy wants this last dance at the O2 Arena in London before retiring, while the Bronze Bomber hopes a win can catapult him back into the world title picture.
The 42-year-old Chisora has been circling around retirement for some time but has always had the carrot of a 50th fight to keep him going. Since his most recent shot at a world title – a December 2022 defeat by Tyson Fury – there have been two impressive recent wins for War, too, against Joe Joyce and Otto Wallin. Del Boy is big, strong and simply refuses to yield even a centimeter in the ring, his 13 losses all coming against elite operators. London will back their man to the hilt, and expect Chisora to respond with some cuffing, haymaking blows.
Wilder is now 40 and has lost four of his past six fights in which the former WBC champion looked a shadow of the knockout artist that characterized much of his career. Totally outboxed by Joseph Parker in December 2023, he was then stopped by Zhilei Zhang the following June and a more recent victory over the unheralded Tyrrell Anthony Herndon will do nothing to suggest there's much left for 2008 Olympic bronze medallist. Nevertheless, Wilder wants another big fight – whether against Oleksandr Usyk, Anthony Joshua or Fury for a fourth time – and must win to keep that dream alive. Or he could join Chisora in hanging up his gloves.
