Summer is definitely in the air, and that means it's time to think about getting your outside space sorted. Below, I've rounded up my favourite outdoor buys for an instant outdoor upgrade.
Adding some lighting is a really easy way to completely change the feel of your outside space. The Festavia Smart Globe Lights are the tech-lover's option — these outdoor string lights from Philips Hue can be adjusted to a wide range of colours, turned up bright or right down low, and even synced up to pulse with your playlist. If you want something that's less of an investment, check out the BioLite Alpenglow mini lantern. This lightweight and curvy weather-resistant lamp has multiple settings, including warm white, a single colour, or a 'horizon' gradient. I have the larger versions, and they're a constant presence at all my outdoor suppers and camping trips.
There's something really special about cooking outdoors, and Ninja has pulled a blinder with its Woodfire cooker. This appliance can act as an outdoor oven, pizza maker or BBQ smoker. It's electric — so nice and reliable — but there's a compartment where you can add wooden pellets that burn to create an authentic smoky BBQ flavour. Genius.
