Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft has updated its Outlook app with a new feature to help users identify emails from senders outside of their organization.

Outlook is a great email client for individuals and some small businesses, but Exchange Online provides countless additional features at relatively affordable price points.

More software and services will get the dark treatment soon, too, including the other Office mobile apps.

Outlook will let you tackle bills and invoices directly through emails, so there's no excuse for late payments.
