Waiting to buy the Galaxy S26? Now might be the moment — you can get $200 off at Samsung today

The Samsung Galaxy S26 range has been out for a few months now, but upfront discounts on these stunning flagships have been elusive. Up until now, you either needed a plan or a trade-in to get a discount.

The good news this week is that the official Samsung Store is currently offering a $200 discount on the Galaxy S26 Ultra, and a $100 discount on the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Plus. That's a pretty impressive saving and a new record-low across every device in the range.

Today's upfront discounts at Samsung are available alongside the usual trade-in rebates, but you'll have to choose between them. You can't, for example, stack the $200 upfront discount on the Galaxy S26 Ultra with the available trade-in rebate of up to $720 right now.

While the trade-in rebate may seem like the real deal here, it's worth noting that we saw rebates of up to $900 at launch, so today's offer isn't quite as good as the ones that you could get a few months ago. In contrast, the upfront discount is a record-low and a much better deal than the $150 store credit offered initially.

The latest Galaxy S26 range is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a phone packed with the latest AI tools and speedy performance. While the year-on-year gains are relatively incremental, the Galaxy S26 features new chipsets, improved cameras, and a slightly thinner profile with softer, more rounded edges.

Of the three devices, the Galaxy S26 Ultra gets the lion's share of upgrades, with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and a new privacy display.
