I'm finding you all of the best Prime Day deals at Amazon UK — up to 50% off Kindles, fans, Lego, appliances, TVs, and more

All of my top deals from day two of the sale

We're into day two of this year's Amazon Prime Day — and I'm not going anywhere yet. I'm still here to bring you all of the best deals across tech, TVs, laptops, appliances, and so much more, or maybe find you that cheap fan you're desperately craving after last night.

View the full Amazon Prime Day sale

As TechRadar's deals editor, I've been covering this event for an embarrassing number of years now — it's been almost a decade now. Jokes aside, that comes with valuable experience. And, I'm here to use all of that knowledge, along with the tech expertise of the full TechRadar team, to find you the deals that matter.

On this page, you'll find a massive list of recommendations from not just me, but also our team of experts from across the site. Regardless of whether you're looking for a new TV or air fryer, these are recommendations from the people who actually test them.

Along the way, I'm also making sure we price check everything on this page. The focus is on big savings and record-low prices on the products we love. With that said, there are also some additional inclusions, like cheap hand fans and other useful gadgets that won't break the bank.

While you're here, it's worth noting that most of the deals on this page are exclusive to Amazon Prime members. If you're not a member, don't fret, as you can simply use the 30-day free trial to get completely unrestricted access to all the latest price cuts.

My top 20 Prime Day deals

Shark ChillPill: was £149.99 now £119.99 at Amazon

This may seem like a lot for a portable fan, but after reading how much Cat Ellis found it invaluable during a recent heat spike, I think we're all considering splashing some cash to keep us cool on the move. This bundle contains the fan with a misting option, a case, and three different cooling attachments.

Great for holidays
Amazon Kindle: was £109.99 now £75.99 at Amazon

The latest version of the standard Kindle is on sale as part of the annual Prime Day sale. It's a basic ereader, but it still boasts a four-week battery life and space for thousands of books. Given it's £55 cheaper than the Paperwhite, this is clearly a better pick for the infrequent reader who's after a more budget-friendly option. At £80, though, this Prime Day deal is a little underwhelming, given it's been as low as £69.99 before.

Warmco Warmco Portable Handheld Fan: was £29.99 now £21.79 at Amazon

This Warmco Portable handheld fan is a slightly more high-tech and serious-looking device. Again, we haven't reviewed it, but it does have good Amazon reviews and the price is right thanks to an Amazon Prime Day deal. According to the user reviews, this looks to be a surprisingly powerful little fan that's capable of 2.5 hours of operation per charge.

Sony WH-1000XM5: was £279 now £179.54 at Amazon

The newer XM6s are a solid upgrade over this older model, but the Sony WH-1000XM5s are still a fantastic pair of headphones — especially at this new record-low price. You don't get a foldable design, but they're still a comfortable, smart, great-sounding pair of headphones that block outside sound highly effectively.

Acer Nitro V15 gaming laptop: was £986.86 now £799.99 at Amazon

Graphics card: RTX 5060
Processor: Intel Core i7-13620H
RAM: 16GB
Storage: 1TB SSD

This mid-range RTX 5060 Acer Nitro gaming laptop is really hitting that sweet spot in terms of bang for the buck, in my opinion. The chipset is a little on the older side, and you're only getting 16GB of RAM, but I still think this one is a real bargain for £799. If you're just looking to play all the latest games smoothly at 1080p, then this particular listing is definitely worth considering. Getting a more spacious 1TB SSD is also a meaningful upgrade.

Prime Day deals — air conditioners

If a fan just isn't cutting it, an air conditioning unit is a reliable way to actually lower temperatures in your home. Unfortunately, AC units are all but sold out now. Below, you'll find the ones still in stock (for now), plus a couple of permanent options, if you fancy getting serious and splashing a bit more cash. We'll update this section with more options if we find any.

A quick PSA on how to choose: for portable units, the spec to focus on is BTU — this stands for British thermal units, and the higher the BTU, the larger the room the unit can cool. Ideally, we'd recommend looking at models with 10,000BTU or above, unless you're only cooling a very tiny room.

DREO 12,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner: £599.99 at Amazon

Dreo is a trusted name in the aircare world, and this AC unit boasts 12,000 BTU of cooling clout. It's a bit more expensive, but it looks like a stellar option — we're surprised it's still in stock. The only down-side we can see is that delivery isn't until early-mid July.

DREO 7500 BTU Portable Air Conditioner: £399.99 at Amazon

This smaller AC unit is only rated 7,500 BTU, which means it's better suited to small rooms. It could still make a big difference in an overly-cosy bedroom, though. It's well-reviewed and comes from respected brand Dreo. Unfortunately, you'll have to wait until after the current heatwave for delivery — but, let's face it, there's going to be another one before too long.

Eufy G50 Robot Vacuum: was £139.99 now £89.99 at Amazon

The G50 is very budget-friendly even at full price, but now it's even more so thanks to this deal, which takes it under £100. A maximum suction of 4,000Pa is extremely good for the price, and the onboard bin is surprisingly generously sized at 600ml. For this price, expect basic navigation and a design suited to general whole-home cleans rather than anything more specific. Although we haven't reviewed this specific model yet, we generally rate Eufy highly as a brand, and the value for money is impressive.

HP Chromebook 14: was £189.99 now £149.99 at Amazon

Display: 14 inches

I want to be clear that this is far from the best laptop you can buy, but I can't deny that it's incredibly cheap. The spec is incredibly low-end, with an entry-level processor, only 4GB of RAM and a small 64GB hard drive. At least it's a Chromebook, which can get more from weaker components, but this is only a good buy if you want to spend very little money on a very basic machine for infrequent, light use.

Wow, it's been a while since I've seen an RTX 5070 gaming laptop with 32GB of RAM hit this kind of price. Next, I'm going to recommend a plug. No, not a standard one – but a wall changer for juicing up your gadgets.

This Anker USB-C charger is one I own and use daily. It has two high-speed USB-C slots — 65W, which is enough to power up a MacBook — plus one USB-A, and you can use all three slots at the same time. Essential.

Here's a cautionary tale: buy yourself a new fan before the next heatwave hits.

I was considering the Dyson Cool CF1, because our best fans buying guide describes it as "the best fan for sleep". However, it's currently unavailable at Amazon, while the more full-featured Dyson Hot & Cool is an astonishing £814 at the retailer!

Fortunately, both are available elsewhere for a lot less. The Cool CF1 can be bought from Very for £249, and the Hot & Cool is on sale at Argos for £289 — a staggering £525 below the Amazon price!

Your daily MacBook Neo reminder

Can I recommend the Apple MacBook Neo again? Yes, yes I can.

It's down to only £549 at Amazon; that's for the 256GB version without power adapter. Now, 256GB might be a little on the low side, but if you already have plenty of external storage or do a lot of cloud saving, that isn't necessarily a problem, and the 512GB version is £80 more.

Either way, less than £550 for a laptop that we called "the best budget laptop you can buy" in our 4.5-star MacBook Neo review is a true bargain.

The Oral-B iO Series 3 is a toothbrush! And it's on sale for Prime Day! In fact, its price has been massively cut, from £175 to £59.99. Wow!

One of the best graphics card deals this year

An AMD Radeon 9070 XT and box resting on a black metallic surface

(Image credit: Future / AMD / Gigabyte / Edited with Gemini)

Back to that PC I built last year, I decided to go with a RX 9060 XT for my GPU. As I said, I don't do a lot of PC gaming nowadays, and when I do, its usually fairly undemanding games or ones I'm happy just to get running at 60fps in 1080p. That card is ideal for that.

If I was splashing the cash for a more powerful option, though, it would definitely be this RX 9070 XT. It's even more comfortable with 1080p and 1440p gaming, and can even push to 4K is some titles with the right settings. Here's a version of the GPU for a record-low price for Prime Day.

Amazon surprised me by launching several Apple deals last week before Prime Day actually began. Man, the RAM crisis sucks, huh?

Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM sticks shown on a black background

I decided to build a new PC towards the end of last year as mine was barely hanging in there. It was mainly for work, and a little gaming, so I kept the budget fairly tight. Luckily, I managed to finish just before the RAM and storage crisis had too severe an impact. Looking now, things are real bleak, aren't they?

Yes, there's apparently a "deal" on this popular set of Corsair RAM, but when you look back and see the very same set was as low as £80 in late 2025, it feels terrible to even consider buying at these prices. Still, if you're in desperate need of some quality RAM, it likely won't get any better than this for a while,

Corsair Vengeance 32GB 6000Mhz CL36 DDR5 RAM: was £344.99 now £299.99 at Amazon

Hey hey, welcome back to the deals chaos. It's James Pickard again — you can't get rid of me that easily. I'm only somewhat well-rested after deciding to stay up to watch the England game last night, and boy, am I regretting that a little right now after a fairly dismal performance.

In any case, I'll make a pass on our top deals to be sure all the top offers are still in stock and will get to sharing anything exciting we've missed so far.

Stay cool today, everyone!

OK, I'm going to call it a night now and one of the TechRadar team will continue it in the morning. All of the deals above should still be in stock, give or take the odd exception, and we'll thoroughly check them all first thing.

Sleep tight!

Is this heat ever going to relent? It's nearly midnight and it still feels like a summer day in Greece. What is going on?!

Frankly, my chances of getting decent sleep tonight are about zero, so tomorrow I am going to buy myself a better fan. Well, that's assuming I can find anything in stock.

Fortunately, my colleague Josie Watson has pulled together a guide to the best fans and cooling tech still available right now, so I shall consult that first.

Get some Color(soft) in your life

Kindle Colorsoft

I mentioned the Kindle Paperwhite just a little down the page — but what about the Kindle Colorsoft?

That's at its lowest ever price for Prime Day this year, which isn't that surprising given that it only came out less than two years ago. It should be your Kindle of choice if you love reading material that benefits from images and colour — it does have a colour screen, after all — so go for it if you love graphic novels or travel guides, for instance.

Amazon Kindle Colorsoft: was £239.99 now £154.99 at Amazon

If you're reading this, do get in touch via the comments below and tell me what you're looking for.

Or, if you're a little stuck about what to buy — maybe you're choosing between two devices, for instance — you can ask a question about your potential purchase and I'll try to help (or ask one of the many other experts on the team).

One of the best reading experiences you can get

Amazon Kindle Paperwhite 2024 from the front

Right, well that's over. My full focus will now be on deals, promise!

I couldn't do without my Kindle Paperwhite. Yes, there's still something magical about reading an actual book, but you can't carry a couple of dozen around with you on a journey and you can't read them at night without a light on.

The Kindle Paperwhite has space for hundreds of books — no, thousands — has a 12-day battery life and a book-like screen that can be easily read in bright sunlight or a gloomy room. Essential.

Smoothies on the go

Luckily, the Amazon Prime Day sale does actually have some very, very good cheap gaming laptops today. I've added three options for all budgets to our ever-growing list!

Acer Nitro V15 (RTX 5050): was £849.99 now £679.99
Acer Nitro V15 (RTX 5060): was £986.86 now £799.99
Acer Nitro V15 (RTX 5070): was £1,499.99 now £1,299.99

This World-Cup-ready TV just got even cheaper

I've just spotted a further price cut on a TV that we were already recommending at a higher price. The Hisense 55E78QTUK has just gone from £420 to £378, which looks like a solid record-low price to me. This QLED TV was already good value with its 144Hz panel, but now, it has to be one of the best options for fully enjoying the World Cup without complete breaking the bank.

Hisense 55E78QTUK Pro 55-inch QLED TV: was £549 now 378

Price update! Amazon has amended a few of its own-brand products

The all-new Amazon Fire TV Stick

'Bout time we had some more record-low prices on Amazon's own-brand devices this Prime Day. The retailer had a few of its Fire TV Sticks on sale for decent prices, but those have now been amended even further down, which is what we'd expect for Prime Day.

Annoyingly, it looks like Amazon has discontinued its deal on the Blink Mini 2, which is now back up to £29.

Amazon Fire TV Stick HD: was £39 now £16.99

Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Select: was £49 now £19.99

I've just added some cheap portable fans

I don't know what's more annoying: the heat or everybody in the UK saying "It's hot, isn't it?" Yes, it's hot... And it's going to get hotter still.

Anyway, I noticed our list of fans didn't include any portable options, so I've just included two sub-£25 fans for our readers in the 'fans and cooling' section above.

DDKJ Portable Hand held Fan: was £16.98 now £13.71
Warmco Portable Handheld Fan: was £29.99 now £21.79

Price drop! This air purifier is going cheap(er)

The imaginatively named Levoit Air Purifier won't keep you cool on these horrendously hot days, but it will at least help out if your hay fever is working overtime this week. We originally listed this one on our recommendations for £42, but it looks like it's just dropped to £39. Not the biggest increase, but every little helps these days.

Levoit Air Purifier: was £49.99, now £39.99 at Amazon

Price drop! The standard Kindle has just got even cheaper!

Amazon Kindle

Alex here again. I'm just scanning through our vast deals list above for any products that have sold out, and I've got good news - the Kindle has just fallen from £79 to £75.

From memory, this one hit a record low of £69 over Black Friday, but it hasn't been that cheap since. It's easy to overlook the standard Kindle with all the higher-end models now, but honestly, it's a pretty amazing device if you just want an ereader with fantastic battery life.

Amazon Kindle: was £99 now £75.99 at Amazon

Retail Editor Alex here, I'll be taking over for a few posts. Looking at our hub, I think we might be missing a few deals for gamers. Luckily, I've seen quite a few excellent listings on my travels today. Stay tuned for updates!

Can this walking pad help me get my steps in?

I struggle to stay fit, mostly because I'm incredibly lazy and prefer to spend my time in front of a screen. But I do like walking — so I'm considering treating myself to a walking pad or under-desk treadmill.

Mobvoi make some of the best, and the manufacturer's basic model is on sale right now for less than £80. Whether I'll actually use it is a different matter.

Mobvoi Walking Pad: was £119.99 now £78.99 at Amazon

Right, it's time for your periodic reminder that to shop most of the best Prime Day deals, you need to be a member of Amazon Prime.

Fortunately, you can get a 30-day Amazon Prime free trial if you haven't had one before — and still take advantage of all of the benefits, including access to these deals.

My favourite fan for this heatwave

Shark FlexBreeze HydroGo

I wouldn't usually recommend products that are not on sale, but keeping cool in this heat is no easy task, and my favourite one of the six fans we now have scattered around the house is the Shark FlexBreeze HydroGo.

Not only is it portable — meaning I can carry it around from room to room as I seek out a tiny bit of relatively cool air — but it fires a fine mist that genuinely does wonders for cooling you down.

As I said, it's not on sale right now, but it is well priced for what you get and is still (just about) in stock at Amazon.

Shark FlexBreeze HydroGo: £132.99 at Amazon

Is it just me or is it getting hotter still? I think my dog might be about to melt.

Anyway, that seems like a good time for me to announce that I've added a bunch of deals on fans to the top of this page. There are some air-con units too, but none are on sale, sadly.

At the risk of becoming a parody of myself, I'm now going to recommend that you buy 100 AA batteries. Really!

And why not? There are never any available when you need them, after all, so with 100 of the things you'll be set for years. All that, and they only cost £15.61 — that's a proper bargain.

Amazon Basics 100 AA Batteries: was £18.37 now £15.61 at Amazon

What's better than 99 AA batteries for cheap? How about a flat 100 AA batteries for a super-low price? Sure, not many people are getting excited about buying batteries, but if you need to stock up, then now's a great time to do so while you can bag so many at such a bargain price.

My colleague Matt Evans has written a great article about why the best accessory you can buy if you already have a smartwatch is the Polar H10 heart-rate monitor.

He's the expert, so I'd recommend you read his piece for the lowdown on why it's so good — but I will simply say that it is currently on sale at Amazon for Prime Day!

UK deal
Polar H10 heart rate monitor (M-XXL): was £86.70 now £65.99 at Amazon

A better deal than the one above, largely due to Polar being a European company, so it costs less to bring the device to the UK than it does the US. The Polar H10's electrical heart rate monitor is a dedicated device used by serious athletes worldwide.

Of course if you want a little more power than that offered by the MacBook Neo, you could instead look at the MacBook Air M4 in 13-inch guise. It's £250 more than the Neo, but £100 cheaper than usual, so you win some, you lose some…

Save £100
Apple MacBook Air M4 13-Inch: was £899 now £799 at Amazon

OK, it might not have the absurdly powerful M5 chip or faster, larger 512GB SSD but, in most other areas, the MacBook Air M4 is every bit as talented as its successor. And with this neat £100 discount, it's even cheaper when compared to the spendy M5, making it a total bargain.

Apple's cheap laptop is now even cheaper

MacBook Neo 2026

Hands up if you fancy a deal on the MacBook Neo? You got it!

Apple's cheapest MacBook is £50 off at Amazon for Prime Day, and given that it was an amazing purchase at full price it's now… well, whatever the next one up from amazing is. Incredible, maybe. Yes, I'll go with that.

A slice of life

Ooni Koda 12 pizza oven on a white background

Any footie fans here? You're probably well aware that England play Ghana tonight in the World Cup, and that means… pizza! Well, it does in my house anyway.

Usually I just spend far more than I really should on a takeaway, but I've been thinking of getting a pizza oven instead — and Ooni makes some of the best.

A modern-day essential…

Close-up of ports on INIU B61 Power Bank 10000mAh

Every Prime Day or Black Friday I make sure to recommend one thing in particular: a portable charger. Is that dull? Possibly, but I'm fine with that because they're also really, really useful. Essential for modern life, even.

I swear by the portable chargers made by Iniu, a company I know very little about beyond that they make great battery packs. This one here has a 20,000mAh capacity, 22.5W PD fast charging, a USB-C port and two USB-A ports and it's small enough to be easily stashed in a pocket.

Iniu Power Bank, 20,000: was £32.99 now £21.28 at Amazon

Heads up that I've added a bunch of Lego deals into the top section of this page.

My personal favourite? Why, that would have to be this incredible Death Star Building Set with 9,023 bricks. Okay, so it'll set you back a cool £725, but that's still a 19% saving on its usual £899 price tag.

And no, I can't afford it, sadly.

Save 19%
LEGO Star War Death Star Building Set: was £899.99 now £725.79 at Amazon

This one is for the hardcore fans only. At launch it was Lego's biggest ever set — although that crown has since been stolen, it's still a mammoth undertaking. The ultra-detailed interior lets you recreate your favorite scenes from A New Hope, and you've got almost an entire cast of minifigs to play with too (38 in total, including R2-D2, C-3PO, and a buff Stormtrooper.

Just Chill(Pill) out, okay?

Shark ChillPill

I know James already mentioned the Shark ChillPill, but I'm going to talk about it too because a) I bought one for my daughter and she loves it and b) I might now buy one for myself.

The fan isn't the strongest — we prefered the Dyson rival in our Dyson HushJet Mini Cool bs Shark ChillPill comparison feature — but the misting spray and cooling plate are both excellent, plus it's on sale for Prime Day, whereas the Dyson model is so popular that you can't even get it until August (at Amazon at least).

Brew up a proper coffee

The Sage Barista Express Espresso Machine

Let's stick in the kitchen for a minute, because that's one of my happy places.

I don't drink coffee, but my partner does, and I just bought her a very special birthday present: a proper coffee machine.

The good news? She loves it. The bad news? If I'd have waited a week until Prime Day, I'd have got it for £180 less. D'oh!

Sage The Barista Express: was £629.95 now £449 at Amazon

A kitchen appliance that will change your life (really!)

Ninja Foodi MAX

Hi everyone — Global Editor in Chief Marc here, taking over from James for a bit so he can cool down/get some lunch.

So, where shall I start? How about with one of my favourite tech purchases of all time in the shape of the Ninja Foodi Max Dual Zone air fryer.

Yes, I know, I know — it's not as exciting as a games console or OLED TV or whatever, but this improves my life on a daily basis. It has two drawers, so I can cook two dishes at once, plus there's a sync function so they finish cooking simultaneously, and it all just works incredibly well. Seriously, just buy one — it's £75 off right now!

This way for cold drinks

Ninja Slushi

OK, what am I doing messing about with a kettle? This is what you're more interested in now, right? Ninja's frozen drinks maker has been growing in popularity recently, and it's be a saviour to at least one TechRadar writer in this warm weather. If you fancy getting one for yourself, it's now dropped to a record-low price for Prime Day

Ninja Slushi: was £299.99 now £199.99 at Amazon

A hot tea cools you down, apparently

Ninja Perfect Temperature Kettle

It might be one of those old tales, but I've been told that a hot drink can cool you down in hot weather. I refuse to believe it. And while I'm sure many of us aren't thinking about a piping-hot tea or coffee right now (a cold brew would hit pretty hard though), this is a good saving on Ninja's smart kettle for when the temperatures drop again.

While we're on the topic of free trials...

Amazon Prime Day

I've shared deals on Audible and Music Unlimited, but I forgot the most popular free trial of them all - it's the 30-day Amazon Prime free trial. The Amazon Prime subscription is the glue that holds everything together over these events, as the majority of deals are exclusive to Prime members. Luckily, if you're not an existing member, then you can simply use the 30-day free trial to get unrestricted access to everything.

Amazon Prime: 30-day free trial

Another good freebie to try out today

Amazon Music Unlimited free trial

Here's another good perk that's exclusive to Prime members today - an extended free trial for Music Unlimited, which is like Amazon's version of Spotify Premium.

With this membership trial, you'll get unlimited access to the 100 million song catalogue with no ads and unlimited skips. As with other sites, you get curated playlists and Alexa device support here, but Music Unlimited also features high-definition and spatial audio, which is probably one of the reasons why it usually costs £11.99/mo!

Some of the best Prime Day deals are free

Audible books image

Amazon Prime Day isn't just about getting discounts on the latest tech, it's also a great opportunity to cash in on exclusive perks. As always, Amazon is running some promotions on its live services for Prime Day that are well worth a look.

Right now, for example, you can get an extended three-month free trial at Audible, plus a £10 voucher to spend on the Audible Store. Normally costing £5.99 per month, the standard membership includes unlimited access to the non-Plus library and one free book token per month. Audible is Amazon's premier storefront for audiobooks, with a vast library of over 1 million titles, so there's plenty of scope here for bagging some classics.

Where are all the TV deals?

LG B5 OLED TV with Elphaba on screen

(Image credit: Universal Pictures / Future)

I've had a look and there isn't a huge number of TV deals in this year's Prime Day. Of course, there are all the usual Amazon Fire TVs (now called Ember TVs) that we see on sale, but other choices are somewhat lacking.

I thought Amazon would go big given it's the World Cup at the minute and many might be looking for an upgrade. If that's you, though, then I have spotted an excellent £300 off the LG B5 OLED TV. That makes one of the best budget OLED TVs an even better buy this week.

LG B5 55-inch OLED TV: was £999 now £699 at Amazon

Let me loop you in on something

Loop Quiet 2 Ear Plugs on a pink background

I've given these Loop earplugs a shoutout in several of the last sales events and they're always a best-seller. Whether it's for blocking out noise while you sleep, muting that awful screeching from certain lines on the tube (yes, looking at you, Northern line), keeping your ears protected at a gig, or just to bring the noise down a bit while you're out for drinks, they're a popular buy. Even more so at this super-low price.

Loop Quiet 2 Ear Plugs: was £19.95 now £15.95 at Amazon

Stock of that PS5 deal is getting low

PlayStation 5

Just checking in to let you know that stock of Amazon's PS5 deal is starting to get low. It's now up to 70% claimed, so I can't see it lasting more than another couple of hours max at this rate. I'll just repeat that I don't believe any better deals will arrive before GTA 6 launches later this year, so it's probably your best opportunity to get a console for less if you want one for that blockbuster release.

PlayStation 5: was £569.99 now £479 at Amazon

A record-low price for a smart ring

Oura ring

I've been using an old Fitbit Versa 2 for a few years now and it's everything I want from a health, sleep and exercise tracker. I'm not sure how I'd feel about swapping to a smart ring, but I can see the benefits — and lots of others like them. If you want to try out one of the best for less, then the last-generation Oura Ring 4 is up to 30% off for Prime Day.

Oura Ring 4: up to 30% off at Amazon for Prime Day

Don't brush this one aside

Suri S2

I picked up the original version of the Suri Sonic Electric Toothbrush a few months ago, and I can't tell you how happy I am with that decision. Yeah, it's a bit of an investment in a toothbrush, but for something that I do twice a day, I'm happy to spend a bit on something that's genuinely very good at what it does. And, best of all, it's much nicer to use than plastic brushes, and the battery life is phenomenal. This newer 2.0 version is now 25% off.

Suri 2.0 Sonic Electric Toothbrush: was £105 now £78.73 at Amazon

Look at all these laptop deals

A HP laptop, Microsoft Surface laptop and Asus Chromebook on an orange background

I track laptop deals pretty much every week here at TechRadar, and I've spotted some surprisingly strong laptop deals in this year's Prime Day sale. I'm going to highlight a few now, starting with this Asus Chromebook Plus. It's a more basic and budget-friendly option, but it offers terrific value for money if you just need a straightforward and affordable everyday machine, thanks to its Intel Core 3 CPU, 8GB of RAM, 256GB SSD, and all-day battery life.

Asus Chromebook Plus: was £359 now £229.99 at Amazon

Sony WH-1000XM6

Scoring an impressive 4.5-stars in our review, here's your chance to get the fantastic Sony WH-1000XM6 for a record-low price. I'm more than happy with my pair of Bose cans, but there's no denying that these are a tempting buy for audiophiles who love the over-ear design, high-quality audio, and industry-leading noise-cancellation.

Sony WH-1000XM6: was £399.99 now £299.99 at Amazon

Hot? Take a chill pill, man

Shark ChillPill

It's been hot lately. It's about to be even hotter. If you're out and about and want a portable fan to take with you, it's hard to beat this Shark ChillPill. I'm still a little taken aback by the price, but after reading how Cat Ellis isn't going anywhere without hers this summer, I can see why it might be worth the cost. At least it stings a little less, now, with £30 off for Prime Day.

Shark ChillPill: was £149.99 now £119.99 at Amazon

Speaking of a Prime Day classic...

Amazon Kindle Paperwhite

I'm sure any Prime Day regular won't be surprised to see that several Amazon Kindle models have been discounted for Prime Day. The standard Kindle, premium Kindle Paperwhite, and fancy Kindle Colorsoft have all got decent price cuts — with the Colorsoft being the standout as it drops to a record-low price.

Amazon Kindle: was £94.99 now £79.99 at Amazon

The Amazon devices deals have arrived

A collage of Amazon devices on a grey background, including an Amazon Ember TV, Blink camera, Ring Doorbell, and Fire TV Stick.

(Image credit: Future / Amazon / Blink / Ring / Edited with Gemini)

As is tradition, with every Prime Day sale, Amazon devices have been slashed to some of the lowest prices all year. While not everything is as cheap as it's ever been, there's a good number of smart speakers, doorbells, cameras, and streaming sticks that are now available for super-cheap, with prices starting at £13.99

I wouldn't say there's a single standout deal amongst everything right now that's completely blown me away. However, in terms of deals not to be missed, I'd go with this £90 price cut on the PlayStation 5.

Sure, it's far from the cheapest it's been in the past, given all the recent price hikes, but I don't think we'll see a better offer than this until Black Friday. So, if you were planning to buy a console for GTA 6 (preorders start Thursday, remember), then now looks like a good time to buy — especially as this limited-time deal is selling fast
