iQoo disrupted the budget smartphone market with the launch of the iQoo Z6 5G in India. While the company is all set to launch the pro variant of the series on April 27. On the other hand, the latest leaks suggest that the brand will also introduce iQoo Z6 4G alongside the iQoo Z6 Pro

In a report published by PassionateGeekz, the key specifications along with storage and colour options of the 4G variant have been revealed. According to the report, the smartphone will run on the Snapdragon 680 processor which is a watered-down version of the Snapdragon 695 processor.

Apart from that, the smartphone could get three RAM variants - 4GB RAM variant with 128GB internal storage, 6GB RAM variant with 128GB, and the 8GB RAM variant along with 128GB internal storage. It will be most probably shipped in two colour options - Blue and Black.

iQoo Z6 4G expected specifications and pricing

The iQoo Z6 4G is expected to come with a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 60Hz standard refresh rate. The smartphone will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor paired with Adreno 610 GPU. For security purposes, the smartphone could get a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

At the back, we can see a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary shooter and a 2MP macro shooter. The smartphone may flaunt a 16MP front camera for video calls and selfies.

Rumours have it that the smartphone will get a 5000mAh battery along with 44W fast charging support. It means that the device will outclass the 5G variant in terms of charging speed as the latter comes with 18W fast charging support. The smartphone could be priced around Rs 14,000 to Rs 16,000.

The Snapdragon 600 series magic

Well, it is quite clear that a lot of smartphone brands have offered the Snapdragon 695 and Snapdragon 680 processors in their budget offerings launched in the past few months. The use of Snapdragon 680 will make iQoo Z6 4G face-off devices like Realme 9i, Redmi 10 Power, and a few more.

These devices are available at a sub-Rs 20,000 price range and offer decent specs too. We can say that the competition for 4G smartphones is going to increase with time as companies could introduce more devices with the Snapdragon 680 processor.
