Moto G52 offers Snapdragon processor with OLED display at Rs 20,000

Motorola has refreshed its G series in the European market with the launch of the Moto G52. The smartphone is an upgraded version of the Moto G51 that was launched in India a few months ago. As of now, there is no word regarding the launch of the smartphone in the Indian market. 

Talking about Moto G52, it packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor that keeps it in competition with devices like Realme 9 4G, Oppo K10, etc. The company has introduced two RAM variants of the smartphone - 4GB RAM with 128GB internal storage and 6GB RAM with 256GB internal storage. 

The 4GB RAM variant of the smartphone is available for EUR 249, which roughly converts to Rs 20,600. The device is available in two colour options - Porcelain White and Charcoal Grey.

Moto G52 comes equipped with a 6.6-inch OLED display coupled with a 90Hz refresh rate. The display panel of the smartphone offers 1080x2400 pixels resolution. The smartphone operates on Motorola's MyUX skin based on the Android 12 operating system

The OS of the device offers a near stock Android experience similar to other Moto phones. The high-end variant of the smartphone has 6GB RAM along with 256GB internal storage. The memory of the device can be expanded further via a microSD card. It also carries IP52 certification for water resistance. 

When it comes to the camera, Moto G52 rocks a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary snapper, 8MP ultra wide-angle snapper, and a 2MP depth snapper. At the front, the smartphone flaunts a 16MP sensor for capturing selfies and attending video calls. It draws power from a 5000mAh battery along with a 30W fast charging support. 

Keeping the specifications of the smartphone in mind, we can say that it will be launched at a price of somewhere around Rs 16,000 to Rs 20,000 in India. The OLED display of the smartphone gives it an upper hand over other competitors from brands like Realme, Oppo, etc.
