At long last, I'm recommending a Black Friday deal on a 5-star speaker I bought with my own money – and it's 59% off!
It's Audio Pro, it's mine and at with this insane discount, it's so fine!
As TechRadar's audio editor, I see countless Black Friday deals on audio products I love.
That's usually because I have reviewed it, following TechRadar's intense review process. But the thing is that these products (which have included, but are not limited to: over-ear headphones, speakers, turntables, DACs, MP3 players, wired earbuds and more) were loaned to me under strict conditions as review unit samples, for a designated time only.
So you see, once my testing is done, I have to bid them farewell.
Upon returning these elite-level-expensive samples (usually to couriers with little time for me or my separation issues), I've often caught myself singing my favorite lines from Easy Terms, a song within musical Blood Brothers: "Only for a time, I must not learn, to call you mine…"
But that's not the case with the Audio Pro Addon T3+. This is not a model I've ever actually reviewed for TechRadar, although I did help review it for TR's sister site, What Hi-Fi?, many years ago when I was still a staff-writer. It's every inch a five-star performer. I know, I know, I never recommend any of my readers buy products that TechRadar hasn't reviewed… but this genuinely is different!
What happened is that ahead of seeing Audio Pro's stunning rose gold T3+ and writing my own review of the splendid Audio Pro Addon C10 MkII (yes, I had to give that flagship model back) I decided to treat myself to the beautiful little Bluetooth belter you see above.
I saw it in the gloriously witchy gray finish I loved so much in the C10 and thought "Yup, you're coming home with me". And I've loved it ever since. It sits on my desk and brings my other half (also a journalist) and I endless music every day.
Anyway, the point is that it's on sale for Black Friday – and we mustn't forget about the serious issue of huge sales events, must we?
Right now, it's just $99 (was $240 – a massive 59% off!) in the US, or only £99 (was £149) in the UK, still a whopping 34% off, both at Amazon.

I helped give the portable Audio Pro Addon T3+ five sweet stars under intense review at TechRadar's sister publication, What Hi-Fi? a fair few years ago, but know that it offers 30 hours of battery life alongside a glorious Scandi-style design and a room-filling sound. And this deal is $100 cheaper than our price trackers say it has ever been… I know!

In the UK, it's a slightly less headline-grabbing 34% discount, but this thing is every last millimetre a five-star speaker, II helped give the portable Audio Pro Addon T3+ five sweet stars under intense review at TechRadar's sister publication, What Hi-Fi? a fair few years ago, and I should know. It offers 30 hours of battery life (or you can simply keep it plugged in, like I do) alongside a glorious Scandi-style design and a room-filling sound. And this deal is a triumphant return to its cheapest ever price… I know!
To be honest, I reside in the UK and I'd be livid if it were discounted by quite so much across the pond… and then I'd sigh, and buy another. I still think wherever you live, this is a deal not to be missed. It's gorgeous and it feels so much more expensive than this. Pressing the gold-tone metal buttons every day is a joy – and that's before I even get to the music… it's a reference speaker, used for much of my testing. And often, it walks all over the plucky competition…
Not looking for a witchy bijou speaker? No worries, I've got a full Bose Black Friday headphones deals roundup, or my more general Black Friday headphones recommendations (which contains both Bose and Sennheiser, unlike my dedicated guide to the headphones and earbuds not to buy) and there's always our Black Friday earbuds and headphones live blog to catch the savings as and when they land.
A bit on this model's history then: the original Addon T3 was so revered at my old gig that it was named "wireless speaker Product of the Year" for not one but three consecutive years, in the late 2010s.
Then, in July 2020, when the T3's reign at the top finally came to an end, the Swedish audio specialist delighted us with a tweaked "Plus" version thanks to the continued demand for Bluetooth-only speakers – to be clear, there's no wi-fi support, Chromecast or WiiM integration here and honestly, I'm fine with that. It's simple; it works. It's beautiful.
With a pair of 2cm tweeters as its 'eyes' and that central 9cm woofer as its mouth, its chassis is angled up just slightly so the music hits our ears just right, thanks to rubberised feet on its underside. Around the back, there's an aux-in for connecting sources directly, but I tend to simply use Bluetooth streaming.
And I can never remember an occasion when my listening was cut short. The Audio Pro T3+ boasts a 30-hour battery life at 50% volume, which offers more than enough clout and impact even if we're dancing around the room (when Glastonbury was on, say), and the T3+'s rear-firing bass reflex port does an excellent job at holding down the low-end.
Earlier today, we were listening to Perfume Genius on the T3+ and when On the Floor comes on, you can't help but get up and dance. Do you want to dance through your day? This is a great opportunity to facilitate that, for much less.
Not sure it's your speaker? I've got a few other options below, just in case – one wireless speaker that also does Bluetooth, one powered stereo desktop pair that also accepts Bluetooth pings of music. And I'm even throwing in my favorite Sony deck because it's back to its lowest ever price, and because I can't help myself.
Happy shopping out there – and don't forget to dance!

A slightly older speaker now (I've listed its original MSRP, although it's been hovering around $199 for a while – so this is an extra 15% off that), but it still holds its own in a truly tough market. This updated Sonos Era 100 knocked the classic Sonos One off the top spot to become our favorite wireless speaker soon after its March 2023 debut. And even though that top spot has now gone to a JBL alternative, the Sonos still offers terrific audio quality for its small size, with a rich soundscape and strong bass. It's also versatile, so you can connect to it via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or an aux cable and fire music to it from multiple streaming services. The hefty starting price was the only off-putting factor in our Sonos Era 100 review, but at this price it's a great buy as a home speaker for your turntable.

US deal: Just look at these beauties! Some sites actually list these as high as $499 and you can see why. I personally dig the white colorway most, but get them playing music with LED lights bouncing off their baffle grooves and you've got yourself a party al desko. And when it's 5:30pm? Take the party into the rest of the apartment! I've never seen a deal on a new set like this (only on second-hand pairs) and for me, it's one of the stand out deals of Black Friday. Need desktop monitors that'll happily leave the desk? See our Edifier QR65 review for the full scoop – but I'm a big fan.

Released at CES 2019, this was the first deck I ever reviewed that let me send vinyl playback to my wireless headphones (and you can read that five-star Sony LS-PX310BT review I helped to write for our sister site, What Hi-Fi? but then please come back here – I'm an editor now!). Even the setup for this rock-solid entry-level deck is part of the fun and once you've got it spinning, it's a dream for the money. Owing to its popularity it actually increased in price following its release, so while it was once $148 (in September 2019) this is emphatically the cheapest it's been for a long old while. Highly recommended.

UK deal: In the UK, the saving is that tiny bit better! I personally dig the white colourway most, but get them playing music with LED lights bouncing off their baffle grooves and you've got yourself a proper party al desko. And when it's 5:30pm? Take the party into the rest of the flat (or house, you lucky thing, you)! I've never seen prices drop this low on a new set (only on second-hand pairs) and for me, it's one of the stand out deals of Black Friday. Need desktop monitors that'll happily leave the desk? See our Edifier QR65 review for the full scoop – but I'm a big fan.

The Sonos Era 100 is an upgrade over the Sonos One that it replaced (in March 2023) and although it was significantly more expensive at launch, this deal brings the excellent speaker right down in price. I've listed its original RRP, although it has been hovering around £199 for a few months now, so this extra discount knocks 16% off even that. It can connect and play music over Wi-Fi, aux-in via an adapter, or – most importantly here – Bluetooth. The price was the only major issue we had in our Sonos Era 100 review, and this is a great deal – it's only ever dipped to £9 cheaper than this, and only for a very short time.

An early Bluetooth turntable star, so good that it's still around and popular today – after all it got five stars in the review I helped to write for What Hi-Fi. It was originally around this price when it launched (in September 2019), but its official price rose to £269. This is the cheapest it's been for a long, long while (last year it dropped to £189, although TechRadar's price-tracking tech tells me it has very, very briefly been £169 before now), and for this money it's simply excellent value, and ideal for beginners.
