I tested every Galaxy S25 model, and the one I recommend most is on sale now at Amazon and free from Verizon and T-Mobile
The Galaxy S25 Plus is so good you'll forget there's an Ultra
The Galaxy S25 Plus beats the Ultra on battery life and value, and right now you can get double the storage for the lowest price I've seen this holiday season.
Shopping for a new Samsung flagship this Black Friday? You might think you need to shell out for the Ultra to get the best experience, but you’d be wrong. The superb Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus is now just $940.79 at Amazon (was $1,199.99) for the overstuffed 512GB model.
I reviewed the Galaxy S25 Plus extensively, and it is hands-down the Goldilocks device of Samsung's fantastic phone lineup. While the S25 Ultra gets all the hype, my lab tests proved that the S25 Plus actually has better battery life, lasting 10 minutes longer than the Ultra in our rundown tests. It also packs the same number of pixels into a slightly smaller 6.7-inch frame, meaning it technically has the sharpest display in the entire Samsung lineup.

This Amazon deal is particularly special because it undercuts Samsung’s own offer. While Samsung.com is offering a "free storage upgrade" (selling the 512GB model for the price of the 256GB model at $999), Amazon has slashed the price even further to $940.79. That is over $250 off the regular price when you opt for a half-terabyte of storage.
The Galaxy S25 Plus gives you the top-tier Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, 45W fast charging (which the base model S25 lacks), and a stunning design - especially if you grab it in the Navy Blue colorway I tested.

If you prefer to buy directly from a carrier, both Verizon and T-Mobile are offering the phone for free if you add a qualifying line, but if you want an unlocked device with no strings attached, this Amazon deal is the winner.

Right now, with Black Friday trade-in offers hitting up to $900 plus store credit, the Galaxy S25 Plus is sitting in a sweet spot. You get a screen that is sharper than the flagship, battery life that beats the flagship, and the same processor as the flagship—all for significantly less cash.
More Samsung Black Friday deals
If the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus isn't quite what you need, there are more big savings on other Android phones ahead of Black Friday, all of which are worth checking out.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: $450 off upfront, or up to $700 off with a trade-in at Samsung
Here's an incredible seasonal deal on the equally incredible Galaxy S25 at the official Samsung Store. Right now, you get your choice between a beefy $450 upfront discount or a trade-in rebate of up to $700 off – both of which are available on either carrier or unlocked devices. While the trade-in rebate is a long way off from the record-high of around $1,000, the upfront discount here is an incredible deal on this device and enough to bring it down to $850.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7: $600 upfront, or up to $1,000 off with a trade-in at Samsung
And the discounts are even bigger with the official Samsung Store's deals on the Galaxy Z Fold 7. This is one pricey device for sure, but you can either get a record-breaking $600 off upfront or a trade-in rebate of up to $1,000 off. These Samsung devices always have great deals over Black Friday and I'm pleased to note that this year's iteration is no different.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE takes everything great about the Galaxy S25, bumps the screen size up, trims the specs down, and slashes the price tag. At this discounted price, this 6.7-inch phone with 128GB of storage is a clear winner against several Android rivals, and stands up well against the iPhone 16e.
