OnePlus’s next cheap phone to be called Nord N20 5G
But its not for the Indian audience

The Indian audience is waiting eagerly for the OnePlus launch event that is scheduled to be held on April 28 where the brand will introduce three new products - OnePlus 10R, OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite, and the OnePlus Nord Buds.
On the other hand, another OnePlus smartphone, OnePlus Nord N20 5G, has appeared on the Bluetooth SIG listing that revealed a few details. Traditionally, the N series phones from OnePlus are destined for the western markets and the OnePlus Nord N20 will be no exception.
As per the report by MySmartPrice, the device will carry model number GN2200 and it will come with Bluetooth 5.1 support. Previously, the leaked renders of the device suggested that it is going to have flat sides similar to iPhone.
OnePlus Nord N20 5G expected specifications
The OnePlus Nord N20 5G could come with a 6.49-inch FHD+ display. It is not clear until now whether the smartphone will have an AMOLED display or an LCD one. The smartphone may run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
The inclusion of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor will put the device in direct competition with other smartphones like Vivo T1 5G, Realme 9 Pro 5G, Poco X4 Pro 5G, iQoo Z6 5G, etc. After the OnePlus Nord 2 CE Lite, we can see another sub-Rs 20,000 smartphones by the brand.
The smartphone will be based on the Android 11 operating system with Oxygen OS on top. It will be powered by a 4500mAh battery along with 33W SuperVOOC fast charging support. OnePlus will also offer a headphone jack in the device. Moreover, the smartphone could also flaunt a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 64MP primary shooter.
The chances of the smartphone reaching India are pretty less because OnePlus has never launched any Nord N series smartphone in India. However, considering the way now OnePlus is into full-fledged rebadging of the smartphones, we might see the device in India under a different moniker.
