Micromax made a comeback in India with the launch of the Micromax In series, and now the brand is reportedly working on a new smartphone named Micromax In 2. Latest leaks suggest that the smartphone can get MediaTek Helio G88 processor along with a massive battery and a triple rear camera setup. It can be assumed that the smartphone is going to be available under the price bracket of Rs 20,000

There are chances that the smartphone will have two different RAM variants, and the base variant will be available at the above-mentioned price. To recall, the brand recently launched the Micromax In Note 2's 4GB RAM variant with 64GB internal storage is priced at Rs 13,490.

Micromax In 2 could come with a 6.5-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display coupled with a 90Hz refresh rate. The device may come with a MediaTek Helio G88 processor and will operate on the Android 11 OS. According to the leaks, the smartphone will have a polycarbonate rear panel.

When it comes to photography, the smartphone may also get a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 48MP primary shooter, 2MP secondary shooter, and a 2MP tertiary shooter.

It might also rock an 8MP selfie camera at the front. Similar to other budget smartphones, this device may also have a 5000mAh battery along with 18W fast charging support.

After having a look at the specifications, it seems quite similar to Micromax In Note 2 which was launched a few days ago. In Note 2 comes with a 6.43-inch display and a MediaTek Helio G95 processor, 4GB RAM, and a 5000mAh battery, and it also supports fast charging.
