Apple iPhone 17 series: up to $1,100 off with a trade-in and unlimited plan at AT&T
AT&T has some particularly generous trade-in rebates for its iPhone 17 deals this week, offering up to $1,100 off the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max, and up to $830 off the standard iPhone 17 and iPhone Air. To be eligible for the maximum discount, you'll have to hand over an iPhone 13 or newer, which is quite obtainable in terms of criteria. As a side bonus, AT&T is also offering a $200 rebate when you purchase a device online.

Apple iPhone 17e: free with a new line on any unlimited plan at Verizon
Verizon's deal on the new iPhone 17e is fantastic if you're looking for an Apple device on a budget. Unlike other new iPhones, you don't actually need to trade-in to get the iPhone 17e for free on a new unlimited data line. According to the criteria, this deal is eligible on all of the carrier's myPlan unlimited plans, too. That includes the Welcome Unlimited tier - a plan that costs just $55/mo for a single line. Note that T-Mobile also has a similar deal right now, including a device on a new unlimited line if you switch over from a rival carrier (no trade needed).

Apple iPhone 17 series: up to $830 off with a trade-in and plan at T-Mobile
T-Mobile's headline deal on the iPhone 17 series is a trade-in rebate of up to $830 - an impressive sum that even get you a device included if you go for the standard model. Note, unlike some deals at the carrier, you do need to trade-in to be eligible here, and you also need a line on an Experience More plan to hit the maximum rebate. The cheaper plans still have discounts of up to $730 this week, however, so there are still great options there.

Apple iPhone 17: up to $700 off with a trade-in at Apple
For the first time ever, I'm recommending our readers buy a brand-new iPhone directly from the Apple Store. Usually, Apple's deals are extremely questionable, but I think it makes sense this time around. First up, the $700 maximum trade-in rebate on the new iPhone 17 is a decent discount for an unlocked device. Secondly, I believe the iPhone 17 is one of the best value iPhones the brand has released in years. At $799, it's $100 more expensive than the iPhone 16, but you get double the storage, much better cameras, and a more powerful chipset. It's totally worth it, in my opinion.

Apple iPhone 16e: was $599, now free with a new plan at Metro by T-Mobile
New customers at Metro by T-Mobile can get a free iPhone 16e when they port their number over to the carrier this week. Eligible with the carrier's mid-tier $50/mo or up, no trade-ins are needed at all with this particular deal. That makes it a fantastic option if you're looking for a cheap (but decent) iPhone with a similarly great-value unlimited data plan.
