ALR Jordan Classic 1 review

The perfect answer for small rooms

The Classic 1 is a two-way compact, measuring 13.7x22x19cm (WxHxD) and finished in real-wood veneer

TechRadar Verdict

Typically polished and well-voiced design from the pen of Karl-Heinz Fink, in a tiny form factor. The price is on the high side for a speaker of this size and build, but overall its a very attractive option for use in limited space.

Pros

  • +

A very tidy and surprisingly capable miniature, especially on the optional speaker stand, which is a good physical and aesthetic match.

Cons

  • -

Expensive for a speaker this size, and some mild upper midband colorations

Care over positioning is also required to achieve a good bass/mid balance
