Of all the soundbars I’ve tested, these are the only models I’d buy this Black Friday
Phenomenal value soundbars, all tried and tested by yours truly
The Black Friday deals are in full swing, and I've found all kinds of brilliant bargains on top tech. And when it comes to soundbars, there are some absolutely scorching offers this year. I've rounded up a collection of deals on soundbars I've personally tested, so you can ensure that the model you buy this year is full of quality and sure to take your viewing experiences up a notch.
I've curated this roundup to cater to all sorts of budgets and needs. You'll find ultra-cheap models that supply silky smooth dialogue, through to multi-box surround sound systems fully equipped with epic Dolby Atmos capabilities.
For US buyers, I'm recommending everything from the Sony HT-S100F for just $98 (was $159.99) to the incredible Samsung HW-Q990D, which is half price for Black Friday.
Meanwhile, those of you in the UK will find an offer on the Panasonic SC-HTB100 for less than £50 (was £79.99). Yes, you read that correctly. But I've also found some awesome offers on models from the likes of Bose, Samsung, and Sony, so make sure to take a good look at all of my top picks before making a purchase.

Anytime a sales event swings around, I simply have to recommend the Sony HT-S100F. I've not tried many sub-$100 soundbars that plate up such clear, expansive sound while also looking this suave. This model is supremely easy to set up, makes use of Sony's virtual surround sound processing, and even bundles a classy remote in the box. Talk about bang for your buck!

Sony's Dolby Atmos soundbar is back to its record-low price ahead of Black Friday. This compact 3.1-channel model has topped TechRadar's best soundbars list as the best budget option for several years straight. It supports both the Dolby Atmos and DTS:X soundtrack formats and uses Bluetooth for music streaming. At $298, a 40% discount, this deal is too good to pass up if you're looking to add a solid, budget-priced soundbar to your TV.

I got hands-on with the compact Bose Smart Soundbar earlier in the year, and it's a pretty impressive model. Its up-firing speakers create convincing Dolby Atmos effects, and you'll get generally clear sound that's awesome for movies and music alike. There's even a Personal Surround Sound feature that lets you pair the bar with Bose's Ultra Open Earbuds for surround sound without the extra speakers. We've not seen a ton of discounts on this model before, so take advantage now to secure more than $100 off.

What happens when you combine awesome Dolby Atmos, colossal bass output, and super clean dialogue? You get the Samsung HW-Q800F, which is the best soundbar and sub combo I've tested here at TechRadar. It has a list price in excess of $1000, so when I spotted it for less than $750 at Best Buy, I simply had to tell you all!

If you want a truly mind-blowing surround sound experience in the comfort of your own home, it doesn't get a whole lot better than the Samsung HW-Q990D. This is the 2024 model, and has now been succeeded by the Samsung HW-Q990F, but when I tried it, I was blown away by this soundbar system's sensational Dolby Atmos, rumbling bass, brilliant wraparound sound, and easy wireless pairing. At half price, this is a really enticing deal, and I highly recommend that you check it out over at Best Buy.

You're reading that correctly. You can grab a very solid soundbar this Black Friday for less than £50. OK, you're not getting Dolby Atmos or massive bass output from the Panasonic SC-HTB100, but you'll get well-separated dialogue, unbelievably easy setup, and plenty of connectivity options, including HDMI and Bluetooth. This is the lowest price Pana's low-cost soundbar has ever been, so now's the perfect time to grab it.

This model typically gets a price drop during big sales events, and it's always an easy recommendation for me to make. Yes, the Sony HT-SF150 is one of my favorite sub-£100 soundbars around, thanks to its clear, expansive sound and sleek look. It makes use of Sony's S-Force surround sound virtual processing, so you'll get a bit more width than the (still very good) Panasonic model above will offer. You get easy set-up and a neat remote bundled too, so there's a whole lot to love for £98.

This compact 3.1-channel model has topped TechRadar's best soundbars list as the best budget option for several years straight. It supports both the Dolby Atmos and DTS:X soundtrack formats and uses Bluetooth for music streaming. At £269, this isn't quite the cheapest we've seen it (it's hit £249 before), but this is still an excellent discount.

I got to try this compact Bose soundbar earlier in 2025, and its upfiring speakers create the convincing Dolby Atmos effects you need to take movies to the next level. You'll get a generally clear sound that's undoubtedly great for movies and music alike. And there's even a Personal Surround Sound feature that enables you to pair the bar with Bose's Ultra Open Earbuds for surround sound without the extra speakers. Pretty cool, right? Discounts on the Bose Smart Soundbar don't come around all too often, so take advantage of this Amazon deal to score a cool £100 off.

I recently reviewed the Samsung HW-Q800F, and my, oh my, is this soundbar-sub combo something special. It wowed me with impressive Dolby Atmos effects, incredible low-end output, and exceptionally clean dialogue. It initially launched at £799 in the UK, although it's typically available at around the £600 mark now. So, to see it go for even less than £400 is almost mind-boggling. This is a top-performing, incredible value model, so don't miss out on this absolute bargain!
