Its magnesium frame is nearly half a kilogram lighter than previous models, and its GaN charger is lighter too: 35% lighter and 19% smaller, producing less heat during charging. Where previous chargers weighed around 1kg or more, the EliteBook X G2a's charger is just 180g including its USB-C cable (sold separately).
