I've used nearly every MacBook to date - here are today's best Black Friday deals from $599
It's that time of year again. Black Friday sales are here, and Apple isn't missing a chance to run some great discounts on MacBooks of all shapes and sizes.
And a lot of these deals are the biggest MacBook discounts I've seen, like the 13-inch M4 MacBook Air for just $749 (was $999) at Amazon. That's a 25% discount on one of Apple's best all-around laptops, with an M4 chip, for well under $1,000. This definitely doesn't happen every day.

If you need something with a little more juice, the new 14-inch M5 MacBook Pro is down to its lowest-ever price of $1,441.64 (was $1,599) at Amazon. While I think the more affordable M4 MacBook Air is the best choice for most people, the M5 MacBook Pro is my personal favorite as someone who likes dabbling in creative hobbies like video editing and game development.
Whether you need something portable and affordable, or large and in charge, my Black Friday MacBook deal roundup has you covered.

There's never been a better time to buy a MacBook - genuinely. Most of these deals offer the lowest prices we've ever seen on Apple's laptops, and surprisingly, we've even seen sales on the latest M5 models so soon after release.
And better yet, many of these models earned their way into our best MacBooks and Macs guide, like the 13-inch MacBook Air (M4) as our number one pick across all MacBooks, and the 14-inch MacBook Pro (M4 Pro) at the "best for content creators" spot.
If you're not sure which model is right for you, here's a quick and easy breakdown.
The MacBook Air is:
- Lighter
- More affordable
- Fitted with a 60Hz display
- Better for students and remote workers who aren't in creative fields
Whereas the MacBook Pro is:
- Larger
- Equipped with the latest M5 Apple Silicon chip
- Fitted with a 120Hz display
- Best for those with jobs/hobbies like video editing, graphic design, 3D rendering, game development
You can configure every MacBook on this list with more or less RAM and storage space and it'll still be on sale - so if you want a 15-inch MacBook Air (M4) with 24GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD, you can find it on Amazon for $1,349 (was $1,599).
Be sure to snap up these unmissable Black Friday MacBook deals before they're gone!
