1. i got this phone on contract and still got it it is a very good phone fast to write emails text messages speakers on phone are good and clear it has microsoft office on it bit complicated but you get used to it. its got basic mobile apllication such as calculator stopwatch etc. but it has alot more apllications such as windows live messenger, google maps and windows media player. very strong phone dropped mine loads of times and it has not broke or affected the phone inside my rating 4/5
