WhatsApp, in the last few months, has rolled out various new features to enhance the user experience. The meta-owned social network is back again with the Communities feature that will focus on bringing different groups under one category.

Along with the Communities feature, WhatsApp has also introduced four new aspects - voice calls that allow up to 32 users, file-sharing of up to 2 GB, message reactions, and admin delete.

As for the Communities feature, it will allow the users to receive updates that are sent to the whole community along with creating smaller discussion groups regarding matters of concern.

In simple terms, The Communities feature will make it easy for non-profit organizations, local clubs, and schools, by removing the communication gap. As an example, the communities will make it easier for heads of schools to share important announcements and updates. With all other features, WhatsApp is all set to offer leverage to the admins.

The reactions feature of WhatsApp will allow the users to share emoji reactions to the messages in a group. This feature will let the users react to particular messages without even going through the complete series of messages.

Previously, WhatsApp increased the number of participants in voice calls from 4 to 8. Now, the number of participants in voice calls has gone up to 32 members. Furthermore, the platform also recreated the voice call interface to look much better.

WhatsApp is also going to enhance the file-sharing to support files up to 2GB so that the users can easily work on and share bigger projects on the platform.

The messaging platform has also introduced the admin delete feature that will let the admins of the group remove specifically inappropriate messages from the chats.

In the beginning, the features will be first rolled out for the beta users of WhatsApp. Once the testing is complete, they will be available for the stable version of the application.
