Moto G 5G 2022, G Stylus 5G 2022 come with near-stock Android 12 operating system

Motorola has recently launched two new smartphones in the global market - Moto G 5G (2022) and Moto G Stylus (2022). Both the smartphones by Motorola were an upgrade to the 2021 editions of the same devices. The smartphone will first reach the Canadian and US market. 

Both the devices have a front display with thin bezels and a punch-hole cutout for the placement of the front camera. The Moto G Stylus 5G has faster-charging support along with a triple rear camera setup. Both the smartphones had 5G processors including a MediaTek and Qualcomm processor.

The Moto G 5G 2022 edition of the smartphone is available in the global market at a starting price of $399 which converts to 30,151. On the other hand, the Moto G Stylus 5G 2022 can be purchased for $499 which is roughly Rs 38,118. 

Both smartphones are currently available for pre-orders. The Moto G Stylus 5G 2022's first sale is scheduled to be held on April 28th. Apart from that, the Moto G 5G 2022 will go on sale starting on May 19th.

The Moto G 5G 2022 features a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display along with a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor with 6GB RAM and 156GB internal storage. The device is based on the Android 12 operating system.

Moto G 5G 2022 sports a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP primary sensor, and a couple of 2MP shooters. The smartphone also gets a 13MP front shooter for selfies and video calls. The smartphone is powered by a 5000mAh battery along with 10W fast charging support. 

Moto G Stylus 5G 2022 comes equipped with a 6.8-inch FHD+ LCD display coupled with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone houses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor with 8GB LPDDR RAM and 256GB UFS 2.1 storage. 

The smartphone, if it reaches India, is going to have a tough time competing with other devices like Vivo T1 5G, and iQoo Z6 5G that offer the same processor at considerably low prices. 

The smartphone has a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary shooter, 8MP ultra wide-angle shooter, and a 2MP depth shooter. The device rocks a 16MP selfie snapper for attending video calls and clicking selfies. This one draws power from a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
