Samsung has officially taken the wraps off its much-anticipated 2026 TV and soundbar ranges in Australia. As is often the case, the company promises that this year ushers in its best image quality to date, aided by new screen technologies, a wider choice of sizes and a whole heap of AI.

Spearheading the new arrivals is a series of Micro RGB TVs — the latest buzzword in TV land — which Samsung is positioning as the default go-to option for the majority of Australian households. Not only do these new screens boast exceptional brightness, but thanks to the Micro RGB tech, exceptional colour reproduction too. They also allow for much larger screen sizes — up to 115 inches, if your home can take it — which should appeal to the current trend in Australia for more screen real estate to watch movies and sports.

OLED TVs are still on the menu for the purists out there, and this year the S95H — successor to the S95F, our TV of the Year in 2025 — which lands with a bold new design.

Finally, the highly popular The Frame series has been given some updates across both the ‘regular’ The Frame and the higher-spec The Frame Pro.

This code can be used on top of a 10% discount Samsung Australia is offering when you bundle a TV and soundbar together into one purchase. And, until May 13, Samsung Australia is also offering free delivery, double the trade-in value of your current TV (if you choose to trade it in and it’s eligible) and free tabletop installation for TVs 75 inches and above.

Sounds good!

With regards to soundbars, Samsung has excelled in our tests in recent years, and this time around we’re expecting much of the same. The flagship model, the HW-Q990H, is the successor to our current favourite Dolby Atmos soundbar (the Q990F), and once again promises to deliver a cinematic sound experience for much less than a fully fledged surround-sound speaker package.

And for anyone who wants a more streamlined way to boost the sound from their TV, the HW-Q800H also promises to improve upon its successor, the Q800F, which we currently rate as the best soundbar overall.

As mentioned, the exclusive 5% discount with code is only valid for the next 72 hours, so if you want to be among the first to have Samsung’s latest and great AV kit in your home, now is the perfect time to do so.
