The best earbuds I heard in 2025 just crashed to an even lower price for Cyber Monday – elbows out for Technics!
Technics' EAH-AZ100 cannot be bettered for sound – and neither can this price!
Just clocking in for your TechRadar Cyber Monday deals update? Good, there's plenty to sift through – but I've got an absolute peach of a better-than-Black Friday Technics earbuds deal for you.
Today, Amazon's running an even bigger discount on the newest EAH-AZ100 than it did on Black Friday proper, because they just crashed to $219.99 (was $299) in a never-before-seen discount on Amazon!

These flagship earbuds only arrived in January 2025 and our glowing review of the Technics EAH-AZ100 is likely all the proof you need to know they're some of the best earbuds on the market.
Technics' formidable array of audio equipment isn't often involved in Black Friday sales, for the simple reason that they're the absolute business – the hands-down best for sound. But the thing is that Cyber Monday is cheeky. Cyber Monday doesn't care about your Black Friday savings. Cyber Monday just wants to go one better.
So you get it; they're good. Now, know that they're also $80 off for the first time ever – $5 cheaper than even their lowest-seen Black Friday price! So let's get to it with the deals block, shall we?

The excellent EAH-AZ80 that came before this model basically tore up the rule book on sound quality and features in wireless earbuds – and the AZ100 are even better. Released in January 2025, these little beauties are still the only earbuds to offer multipoint to three devices simultaneously plus excellent sidetone tech for hearing your own voice in calls, as well as some of the most neutral and detailed audio in an even smaller, even more premium-feel design. Oh, and the deal? They've never dropped this low in price until now. This is $5 cheaper than their oh-so-recent Black Friday discount – which was also the lowest they'd ever dipped to, at the time. Thoroughly recommended.
I need to tell you that it's so rare to see a flagship, class-leading, 2025-issue product in a lowest-seen Cyber Monday discount like this. I'd actually started to think that maybe Cyber Monday wasn't all it was cracked up to be, until now.
I strongly encourage you to glance over the review linked to in the first section of this bulletin, then consider a purchase if you've been looking for a set of really good noise-cancelling earbuds.
As we noted in that highly favourable review (published earlier in the year): "There’s no denying the lengths to which the company has gone. From the extremely thorough specification (covering everything from multipoint connectivity and adaptive noise-cancellation to Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity with LDAC compatibility) to design (smaller, lighter and yet somehow no less premium in look and feel to the model they replace), the Technics EAH-AZ100 are ready to compete."
Then, there's the carefully ergonomic design (Technics pioneered the 'concha-fit thing, which rather does away with the teardrop shape and looks like it shouldn't work, but really, really does) and in a truly premium touch, you get five different sizes of ear tip.
The fact that they're still in the top spot of my best earbuds guide is proof that they're the real deal – and with a massive 26% (or $80) off the asking price for the first time ever, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you buy them, if your budget extends this far.
Sonically (and again, this is all from our in-depth review), the Technics EAH-AZ100 are "never less than ‘very good indeed’ and are capable of giving the class leaders plenty to worry about."
For me, they're emphatically top of the class. I wear these earbuds regularly (I have done since their release) and it's the detail levels that make all the difference for me – that and the premium fit and feel. When listening to LDAC files, I truly believe you cannot beat these Technics earbuds for spacious presentation, detail and the crisp leading edge of notes.
Still not sure whether they're the right buy for you? I'll do a mini 'best of the rest' roundup containing every similar deal I love that's still live, below, but you could also check out my roundup of Sony headphone Cyber Monday deals, or my collection of the best Bose Cyber headphones deals, for starters…
Happy shopping – and never forget that it's all about the music!

OK, so this is a little more than the lowest-ever price we've seen for the WF-1000XM5 in the US, but this Black Friday deal is worth pouncing on if you're after a great set of smaller-size earbuds and own an Android device. Looking for an alternative to AirPods Pro and want to save some dollars in the process? Sony's got the answer.

Bose's affordable earbuds offer top-tier active noise cancellation, but without a top-tier price tag. In our 4.5-star Bose QuietComfort Earbuds review, we said they were already "arguably best-in-class value" at full price, so for this price they're especially great. We praised their comfort and sound quality as well as the amazing ANC.

Yes, you can get Sony's newest affordable wireless earbuds for less than £75 in Amazon's early Black Friday sale – talk about a bargain! This is £5 cheaper than they were during the last big sales event (Amazon Big Deal Days) and for this money, you're getting Sony quality for non-brand money. In my Sony WF-C710N review, I heaped praise on these buds for their bolstered battery life, fantastic sound quality and upgraded ANC. At this price point, my recommending them is a no-brainer.

We said in our review of the WF-C510 that these are among our favorite low-cost earbuds thanks to their punchy, high-quality sound, comfortable fit and ultra-affordable price. We rated them four and a half stars when they were at full price, and said they're preferable even to Apple's more expensive AirPods 4 as great budget buds. At this discounted price they're an absolute steal, as long as you're happy without active noise cancellation.

Sony's newest mid-range wireless earbuds for less than $80 in Amazon's early Black Friday sale? Yup: this is a real bargain. For this money, you're getting Sony quality for the kind of money you'd expect to pay for a much lesser brand. In our Sony WF-C710N review, we heaped praise on these buds for their bolstered battery life, fantastic sound quality and upgraded ANC. At this price point, our recommending them is a no-brainer – at a third of the price of the high-end Sony WF-1000XM5 earbuds, we think these are the better-value buy.
