Prime Day standing desk deals may be done, but there are still some great offers around, if you act fast
Prime Day is over, but these deals aren't

Amazon Prime Day is over for now - but never fear, we're still seeing a few deals hanging on - and there's some really good standing desks still on offer.
I switched to a standing desk just over a year ago, and it transformed my working from home life for the better - and if you're looking for an excuse to get some new gear, now's the perfect opportunity for you to do the same.
My team and I have spent countless hours putting all the best standing desks to the test, and our personal favourites tend to be FlexiSpot and Branch - big names for a reason - and they're offering probably some of the lowest prices we've seen so far.
If you have a hard time choosing, we've made a list of all the best FlexiSpot deals on offer, so you can check those out for some inspiration.
Update: Although Prime Day is now over, we've checked prices and stock, and the deals are mostly staying low (although one or two have risen/fallen). The most significant change is in stock - as a few good deals have all been snapped up.

Prime Day standing desk deals in the US
Save $61 For anyone who just wants a simple standing desk at a fair price, I like the FlexiSpot EN1. This brand makes some of the top models we've reviewed, so expect a good quality build here. It's quiet in operation and height adjustable between 28.9 to 46.5in. You can get it in a range of sizes and colors to suit different workspaces.
Save $30 A true budget pick, and one of the best you can get for the price. We tend to find Fezibo desks can be lacking in construction quality compared to more expensive models, but for the cost, there's not much to complain about. This one has a broad 55x24in desktop, rises between 28.3 and 45in, and is quiet to use. Comes in a range of sizes and styles, most of them discounted.
Save $10 This one is a good cheap desk for those who need extra storage and a lot of desk-space (it's 55in). Here, you get a monitor shelf with two drawers set within it, freeing up some extra space. Loads of sizes and styles available for this desk, which rises between 27.3 and 46in.
Save $60 Excellent choice for those looking for a premium standing desk without a premium price-tag. Height range is a great 28 to 47.6in, but what really catches my eye is the under-desk tray and the cable management included in the box. This deal is for the 48x24in desk, but other sizes are available, also discounted.
Save $40 If you don't count those portable units, this is one of the cheapest standing desk I can find on Amazon.com right now. This is a 40in model, so the size is ideal for most workspaces, with a 28.7 to 46.5in height range. It's also available in a range of colors and styles.
Save $15 I've always been a fan of desks that include a monitor riser or additional storage, so this one really stood out to me - especially at this price. It's a 45in desk, rising between 27 and 46.5in, and unlike a lot of models, has that little extra storage most professionals will need. Comes in rustic wood, black, and maple, all discounted.
Save $4 This is the cheapest standing desk I've seen so far (and I'll keep looking). It has a 40in desktop, a sub-50dB noise level, three-memory preset control panel, hanging hooks, and a height ranging between 28.3 and 46.5in. In other words, it ticks all the boxes with an attractive price-tag. Comes in a range of sizes and colors.
Save $22 There's a lot I like about this 48in standing desk, which is broad enough to support a multi-monitor set-up. For one thing, it boasts 4 memory presets, has hooks and desk clips to keep your cables clear. Height range is between 28.3 and 46.5in. I like the black model, but other sizes and styles are also available.
Save $9 with coupon It may not be a massive discount, but this is an eye-catching L-shaped 59in desk that offers plenty of space for work and devices. The unit is on wheels for portability, has a 4-memory preset control panel, and a privacy panel for use in shared workspaces. Height range is 27 to 45in. Tick the coupon box for the full discount.
Save $50 with coupon A very attractive glass-top standing desk, this 48in model comes in a clean white, and also boasts a built-in dual-zone drawer for stationery, laptops, and tablets. The control panel allows for four memory presets, with ports for charging devices. Height range is 28.3 to 46.5in. Tick the coupon box for the full discount.
Save $50 From one of our favorite desk-makers, this is a space-saving standing desk that lets you work in multiple locations, and boasts a great discount for Prime Day. Height range is 26 to 41.7in. Note, though, this operates on pneumatics, working like an office chair to rise and lower, and comes in loads of colors and a range of sizes for different workspaces.
Save $30 A classic standing desk from a manufacturer that’s reviewed very well by my team - only this one has an under-the-desk drawer for maximizing storage. Alongside the waterproof drawer, the desk has hanging hooks, a four-memory preset, and a height range of 27.7 to 46.6in.
Save $40 The Flexispot Comhar (EW8) is a premium build from the company, and includes a drawer, USB ports, and child locks, making it very practical in home offices. We've reviewed several of the Comhar models from FlexiSpot, and they've all proved very good - particularly with those useful extras like the drawer and charging ports.

The Comhar Q3 from FlexiSpot features a built-in drawer under the desktop and a control panel with integrated USB ports for charging devices. Height range here is 73.5 to 118cm. Use the voucher for the full discount.
Save £10 This is one of the cheapest standing desk I could find currently discounted in Amazon's deal section. I mean, it's already pretty cheap, but the discount here sweetens the deal. All the core features are present, such as memory presets, quiet operation, and an adjustable height range of 71 to 119cm. There's a hanging hook for bags or headphones, and it's also available in a range of sizes and styles.
Save £34 This is a perennial of the Amazon sales, with some great reviews. This model is for the 110cm (43in) desktop, so it'll fit into most average offices and home offices. The height adjusts between 71 and 116cm, with a max weight load of 60kg. Also available in a range of sizes and colours to suit your workspace.
Save £50 This 100cm standing desk is a good pick for those with smaller offices, but still features all the essentials I'd want to see from a height adjustable desk. That includes a control panel with three memory presets, quiet operation, and USB charging for tablets and phones. Available in a range of styles and sizes, also discounted.
Save £20 Another brand that reviewed very well in our tests, this Maidesite electric standing deal offers a decent discount compared to many we’ve seen. All key features are here, including anti-collision detection, storage, and space to fit two monitors. Height range is 72 to 120cm. Available in black and brown or white and oak, and a variety of sizes.
Save £69 This desk is for the 120cm model, which also comes with an under-desk tray, and memory control panel. With a height range of approximately 28 to 47.5in, it's ideal for users up to 6'5" tall. The standing desk is available in a range of sizes and styles. Almost all of them are discounted for Prime Day.
Save £30 Another big standing desk gets a discount, with the Devoko measuring approximately 63in by 32in ((160cm by 80cm). That gives you plenty of space for almost every standard work set-up, with extra storage through the included hooks. What we really like about this model, however, is the built-in USB charging ports by the 4-memory preset control panel.
Save £10 One of the cheapest desks we saw for Prime Day, the Devoko is a simple electric standing desk with a 120cm tabletop to provide enough space for monitors, laptops, and keyboards. To the right, you'll find a control panel with two memory presets (we usually see three or four these days). The height range is 72-119cm, so that should be suitable for most people. It comes in a variety of colors and sizes, all of which are discounted.

Amazon Prime Day standing desk deals: what to look for
Show more
Here are a few factors we always check when reviewing these types of desks, and what you ought to look for when selecting one during Amazon's Prime Day sale.
Size
Standing desks come in a massive range of sizes, so measure up the space first to ensure your new desk will fit your workspace. It should offer up a lot of surface area without dominating the room.
Height and adjustment
Most desks will be suitable for most heights, but check the minimum and maximum height to ensure you stay comfortable when sitting and when you're on your feet at work.
Elevation
I've opted for motorized electric standing desks here, which should be relatively quiet in operation, making them efficient and suitable for shared working environments. More motors means faster elevation, while you can also get manual hand-crank models that are slower but need no power.
Materials and design
Look for desks that use solid materials in the construction of both the frame and the tabletop. Carbon steel is a relatively inexpensive but stable material you'll often see used. We also see these desks come in a range of colors, some with contoured edges for better ergonomics.
Cable management
For my money, the top models will come with some sort of cable management solution, from grooves to the back where you can thread all necessary cables up, to full trays beneath the tabletop for holding all cables at once.
Storage
Not a deal-breaker, but a preference - I quite like sit-stand desks that offer storage, whether that's a built-in drawer or a monitor shelf. Note, the drawers on cheaper desks are usually lightweight and made of fabric, so you won't want to overload them.
Price
We're constantly assessing price and value for money when we review any standing desk. We don't expect every desk to be the cheapest ever, but we will look to see how many features it includes compared to similarly priced models. As a rule of thumb, Fezibo is your budget range, FlexiSpot is low to mid-range, and brands like Branch and Vari are higher-end for executives and professionals.

Will I need an Amazon Prime subscription to get Prime Day standing desk deals?
Yes, if you want to take advantage of a deal once Prime Day officially starts, you'll need a Prime subscription to get the full discount.
How do I become an Amazon Prime member?
Unlike during the Big Spring Sale (or Spring Deal Days if you're in the UK), you need to be an Amazon Prime member in order to get access to Prime Day deals, which costs $14.99 / £8.99 per month or $139 / £95 for a year.
New subscribers can take advantage of the 30-day Amazon Prime free trial to buy the deals. You can only use this if you've never been a member before, so it won't be available if you've used it already or if you've signed up for Amazon Prime in the past.
While on the free trial, you get all the other membership benefits including free shipping, access to Prime Video and much more. Do read our Amazon Prime review for full coverage of what you get as part of a membership.
