I adore board games, and probably have close to 100 lining the shelves in my living room. Be it a classic like Catan, a chaotic party game like Exploding Kittens, or a 1v1 strategy game like Lord of the Rings: Duel for Middle-Earth I can’t think of many better ways to pass the time.

Thanks to Prime Day, Amazon has made it much cheaper for you to join me and in my love of board games with some fantastic deals — though you don’t have very long left to snatch them up before they’re gone.

I’ve scoured this whole list to check the prices are accurate, and I’ve added a few more board game discounts that have appeared in the last couple of days including a junior edition bundle of Catan and Ticket to Ride, the kaiju battling co-op epic King of Monster Island, and the all-in-one mini strategy game Star Wars Rebellion.

Plus there's still a mix with something for everybody. If you want a more classic board game vibe, but something still accessible then you could grab Ticket to Ride or Catan, or Carcassonne and Splendor.

For larger groups and parties Poetry for Neanderthals and Herd Mentality are perfect. Play them sober, play them tipsy, play them as a drinking game (remember: drink responsibly), whichever you choose will be a blast.
