It's big, it has a ludicrously high resolution screen and it's almost here. LG has announced that the LG G3 will be launching in the UK on 26 June, which, for the mathematically challenged among you, is just two days from now.
Prices seem to be hovering around £480 SIM free, so while it's slightly more affordable than some flagships it's still far from cheap.
But that's no surprise given that it's packing a 5.5-inch 2560 x 1440 screen, a 2.46GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and a 13MP camera, complete with a fancy laser autofocus.
If you want to know if it's worth buying then you'll have to wait for our full review (coming very, very soon), but our early impressions are positive, other than concerns that the QHD screen could hurt battery life.
In the meantime you'd better start saving, while if you live elsewhere in Europe, Asia or the Middle East the LG G3 should be with you sometime between now and the end of July.
- The LG G3 isn't the only phone with a QHD screen.
