Jason Hill

Jason Hill is Executive Partner at Reply - a company supporting leading industrial groups to develop business models that optimise processes using new technology.

He is responsible for strategy and development of the core technology businesses as well as playing a key part in the growth of Reply in the UK. With more than 20 years experience in enterprise architecture and solution delivery, Jason began his career in IT at the ‘back-end’ of the IT value chain working in manufacturing and industrial environments. 

Often literally on the ‘shop floor’ and at the end of the production line! Having picked up the pieces from several front-end architecture and design flaws, he is now committed to helping organisations drive genuine business value from IT investments and avoiding costly front end mistakes. Jason has held senior positions within both software development companies and large system integration companies. Since Glue Reply became part of the wider Reply network in 2008, Jason has helped to strengthen the Reply brand and delivery capability in the UK.
