The RAM crisis might have put the kibosh on component upgrades for now, but thankfully peripherals have largely been immune to the same inflationary reaction. In fact, one of my absolute favorite controllers is currently on sale: the GameSir G7 Pro is now $69.99 at Amazon (was $99.99).

This is for the wireless edition, which features both 2.4GHz connectivity (via a USB dongle) and Bluetooth. This means it works with PC, Xbox, and Android devices. The deal applies to a renewed model, finished in a design inspired by Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.

Today's best GameSir G7 Pro Wireless deal
This $30 saving applies to a renewed model of the Wuchang: Fallen Feathers Edition, which certainly adds plenty of pizzaz. This is a stellar multiplatform controller that works with PC, Xbox, and Android devices.
In our GameSir G7 Pro review, we were enamored with its all-round design and performance. We were also fond of its customizability: you can swap out the faceplate, d-pad, and the thumbsticks, in order to get it looking and feeling just how you want.
I also tested this gamepad, comparing it to one of its close rivals, the Mobapad Huben 2. I was personally impressed by the build quality and especially the underside grips, which feel soft and are comfortable to hold. Its charging dock is also very well made — it's perfectly molded to the contours of the pad for a precise fit, and it takes up very little space, too.
In action, the G7 Pro is excellent. All inputs are satisfying to use, but especially the triggers, which offer a pleasing amount of resistance. Our reviewer, however, noted that the face buttons weren't to their liking, feeling too bumpy and awkward compared to those of the best Xbox controllers. However, they did acclimatize somewhat to their actuation.
Switching between connectivity modes is easy, merely requiring the slide of a switch on the back of the pad. All these aspects make it one of my favorite controllers around, and with its current sale, there's even more reason to pick one up.
