The free version also comes with the option f adding a support form and tracking code to your website, which is especially useful for ecommerce businesses. This functionality allows businesses to gain added visibility into what actions are being taken by website visitors and capture their details. Although it is true that there is a big jump to the starting paid plan, it does unlock some added functionality like the option of adding five users, accessing a product library, forecasting tools, and an eSignature feature.
